We do clearly mention on every product page that some items are not held in stock and, once an order is placed, we will contact customers with an estimated lead time if the item needs to be made to order. For this reason, we always recommend placing orders with plenty of time ahead of special occasions to avoid disappointment.

Awaiting delivery...
I ordered a tennis bracelet for my wife's birthday. AFTER purchasing the order, I was informed that the tennis bracelet was not in stock and would need to be made (this was not apparent at time of purchase). I was assured that it would arrive in 3-5 weeks. To their credit, after I expressed my disappointment in missing my wife's birthday, they did agree to a small discount.
Fast forward 6 weeks and the bracelet STILL has not arrived. They have assured me it would arrive within 5 days 10 days ago.

We would like to clarify that if an item is not in stock, we always contact customers within 1 working day of the order being placed to advise of the lead time and give the option to proceed or cancel. In your case, you were quoted a lead time of 3 to 5 weeks and agreed to proceed on that basis.
We do acknowledge that the bracelet was delivered just outside of the original estimated timeframe, and for this we would like to sincerely apologise. We understand how important timing is for special occasions and appreciate your patience while the item was being completed.

Good communication but no intentions of fulfilling the order
Very disappointed with the whole experience. Ordered a pair of 0.75 carat earrings and when I hadn’t received an email confirming delivery I contacted Albie who looked into it. I then received an email saying they could not be delivered when I needed them but there was an alternative, 1.1 carat earrings, that could be. Simon, a manager, then spoke to me, offered a discount on the replacement and assured me that they would be delivered on Wednesday. Because of the assurance from Simon I agreed to purchase the more expensive replacement. Yesterday, Monday, late afternoon I received an email saying the replacement wasn’t available and would take 3 to 5 weeks. I called Albie who again looked into it! He then offered a replacement, 0.6 carat earrings, which he assured would be delivered on Friday. I declined this replacement because I have absolutely no faith that they would be delivered in time and I would have to go through the disappointment and refund process again

Unfortunately, the original item became unavailable due to a rare stock error, which we fully appreciate is not the level of service you should expect. While the initial alternative was confirmed as available at the time and could have been delivered as promised, we completely understand why, after the stock issue, you no longer felt confident proceeding with another replacement.
As soon as the issue was identified, we ensured you were informed immediately and processed a full refund without delay. While this does not undo the inconvenience caused, we hope it helped resolve the situation as smoothly as possible under the circumstances.

After an initial hiccup (due to the diamond necklace being out of stock after I had placed the order) the level of communication was excellent from Albie to reassure me that the order would be ready in time. Emails I had sent were replied to quickly. Once the item was on its way the tracking facility was really good. I received the diamond necklace and checked it out and it looked fabulous with decent quality packaging too. I will be able to provide additional feedback once I give the present to my wife for her birthday at the beginning of January. Thoroughly impressed with All Diamond👌👏

5 stars isn’t enough for this company….. fantastic from start to finish….. didn’t have the ring in the size I wanted (although I think I got it wrong ha🤦) made from scratch, really good communication, I explained I needed it for the 21st and arrived way before that….. quality was amazing will be ordering again in the future

The product had to be made as the size wasn’t in stock but , it arrived on time in a smart gift wrapped box. There was a gift bag included with the product as well as a ledger of insurance valuation.
I called customer services to get an update after my online purchase and was very pleased with the level of professionalism that I received. I will currently purchase future goods from them as the ring I ordered was as stunning as the pictures I had ordered from.

Very happy with my ring. It took a little while to get here but not an unexpected length of time and I was kept fully updated. The results are worth the small waiting time you may have, but this is made to order not mass produced and it is really lovely quality to at a reasonable price! I cannot wait to wear it when we get married next year!!
