My sister odered a clothe from their website the quality was soo offff they sent a rag looking cloth and delivered after 18 days we waited for such a long time just to get rag. They will not answer your question and have worst service ever!!

I ordered a “Peeli Prerna Lehenga Choli” worth ₹2849 and received a completely different product. The color, material, and design were nothing like what was shown on the website. The listing mentioned georgette fabric with heavy work, but what I received was a cheap synthetic orange lehenga with no resemblance to the advertised product.

Customer support is extremely unhelpful. They take days to reply, often respond with one-word messages, and then stop responding entirely. They also try to force customers to pay return shipping even when they send the wrong product.

After looking online, I realized many other customers have had the exact same experience. This appears to be a pattern.

If you have been scammed by this website, do not waste time arguing with their support. File a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and the National Consumer Helpline instead.

U will order the apparel for 5000 for example they will send u Amazon replica of it which is of 600-700 and they will say humare as YHI hai... And they will not respond u.

Extremely bad experience. Received very poor quality product. It’s been 20 days of daily follow-ups and they keep saying “tomorrow” and “ASAP” with absolutely no action.
No proper return policy — only delayed exchange. Instead of resolving the issue, they are asking to delete comments.
Very unprofessional handling of customers. Buyers, please think twice before spending your hard-earned money here. ⚠️

mene inki website 1 lehnga order kiya tha inhone original lehnga send nahi kiya, uska hi duplicate lehnga design or cheapest fabric par bana kar send kiya. mene return ka bola to mana kar diya or refund dene ko mana kar diya...mene bhi gov. ki website par ja kar inki complaint kar di. agar apke kisi ke sath bhi esa hua ho to gov. ki official website (www[dot]consumerhelpline[dot]gov[dot]in) is par complaint karo...bahut jaldi help milegi. or ese fraud par action bhi liya jayega.

This store shows one product and delivers a complete knockoff instead. The quality, design, and fabric were nowhere close to what was advertised. When I raised the issue, they did what they do best—ghosted me for days. No replies, no accountability, no refund.

So instead of crying or begging in DMs, I took the legal route.

I filed a complaint on the Cyber Crime portal. Turns out, this business was already flagged as fraudulent in the system. As a result, my transaction amount was liened by government authorities, which restricted their ability to:
• Close their account
• Apply for credit cards
• Conduct even basic financial operations

That’s when they suddenly remembered how to respond.

I made sure the lien was not removed.

Crying in comments doesn’t work.
Legal action does.
If a business scams you, report them. Don’t let them keep doing this to others.

I have ordered two products and its totally different from the pictures shown on the website and now they are not ready to exchange the product. It has been 3 month now.

i order xl and they gave size M now for exchange policy also they are telling me to return from my end like i should search a couries near by and send them parcel return . it will again take 7 day . i am new jb banglore and they are asking me search within 7 day and send .its even not coming down of my shoulder if it was XL even though i dnt like i have kept it. worst scam

The worst site you can shop from there products doesn't even match what they r showing online. There exchange service is also so slow. It's been 2 weeks since I returned the product and asked for an exchange till today they have not resolved anything. Now they have an excuse of keeping it till after Diwali. They have an exchange policy only not a refund policy but since it was there mistake I asked for a refund they are clearly denying and not respecting there customer. Never ever shop from them. They have an instagram page named as @alleyesoverhere. Fake site, fake people

Third class product and third class customer service.
They sent wrong product and not ready to return it.
They want us to send the product for exchange.

Really a very bad experience, the customer service, the product everything is very poor. They shows something else and then send something else. Don't ever purchase anything from them. Also they don't have exchange or return the product by their own. Really waste of money

Poor copy of designer outfits.. they fail to replicate the outfits.. they mention ‘inspired from designer outfits’ but the quality, stitch and fabric overall is very poor.. worse than what they show on website

Fraud h ye log.. product dikhate kuch aur h aur bhejte kuch aur hai bilkul different product h Jo saree select ki thi usme Georgette ka Kpda likha hua tha but bheji net ki cheap quality vali saree bheji ... embroidery bhi bilkul alg hai ...aur review bhi delete kr dete hai....ache review hi rkhte hai aur real review hote h unhe delete kr dete hai.....

Guys i recently that is on September 10th 2025 i bought a gown from AEOH truts me the product wasnt as shown in their imagine and quality was also poor material . I do wanna return but they do not have return or refund as well. Please dont buy anything from these

If there was a negative rating i would have rated them the worst.. the product is totally different from the picture on site.. very very cheap quality product. The lehanga that I received had all its tassels falling apart and my god the exchange policy and consumer service is even more horrible.. in all do not buy anything from them

Please don't even think of buying anything from here , unless you want to look cheap and tacky . The website is misleading , their. No refund policy is a scam game . Their exchange is something u can't trust . The customer support : omg please I can't take them anymore , you wanna empty your wallet go do it in this site you can sit and regret spending your cash here , I pray this clothing brand gets shut down .
The garment is nothing like what u see on the site , its not their orignal peice and even it were to be a copy it's horrible it's nowhere to the real look .

The quality of product doesn’t match with the pics displayed. They deliberately change the size of the product so that you are forced to follow the instructions exchange process - you send the product back yourself, once they receive rhe product back, they will share some links to buy and select a new product for which pricing is very high… don’t fall into the trap

Extremely cheap quality clothes and they don't accept returns and have made the exchange process so hard that noone can ever exchange.Bullshit customer support..they respond in decades.Specefically some exchange manager that they have is very unresponsive and rude.

I had a terrible experience with this site. I ordered a small size, but they delivered XXL — completely different from what I chose. To make matters worse, they don’t offer any return policy, only an exchange option. And even that isn’t helpful — they only offer alternate products that are not appealing at all.

When I asked for the correct product, they admitted they don’t have small size in stock and offered a medium instead, which I never agreed to. They are now telling me to either ship the wrong product back at my own cost or get it altered — which is unacceptable.

This is a complete waste of time and money. The quality and service are horrible. Please don’t follow or trust this page. They are not committed to delivering what you pay for.
