Placed an order (order no. 2000251096) on the 01/12/25 to be emailed by Steven Robinson on the 15/12/25 that the item was out of stock and that I would be refunded. After attempting to contact them via email, via their website and calling the number for the Sheffield store i have had no response.
This company is appalling and please avoid at all costs. This company is trading on other peoples money with complete disregard for their customers.

ordered a cricket helmet for my nephew as a gift and received the order number. After 2 weeks of no delivery, I chased them by emailing them. Although they said they would respond with in 48 hrs a week went by with no response
I called the number provided repeatedly for 1 week and absolutely noone picked up. Emailed them again and no response
Luckily I paid through PayPal and they provided me a refund
But extremely disappointed

I had placed my order on 31st December 2025 and no update from the company yet! It supposed to be delivered in 3-5 working days. This company customer service is very poor and no way to contact them via phone but online form and they don’t respond! Very unprofessional, I suggest avoid ordering from them

I ordered a new helmet which has not been delivered, order confirmed money taken and then nothing. I wouldn’t usually write a bad review if the company communicated but they have ignored emails, messages using their chatbot calls and social media. Please if you do anything just order from another company like cricket direct or pro direct cricket, they might be slightly more expensive but at least you don’t get your money stolen like with this company!
No item, no contact, no email nothing from this company at all
I ordered an item on 7th December, received an email saying that order has been received and then - NOTHING. No item, no response to 5 emails, no response to 3 chatbot chats and not able to leave a telephone message. This is so disappointing for my son and his main Christmas present - more than disappointed and will have to resort to claiming on my credit card.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I purchased a pair of cricket shoes from this retailer, sticking came off and became unwearable.Since then, it has been an endless, frustrating battle trying to get any form of customer support.
Their live chat is never operational. despite they directing you there and I’ve been trying to reach them for over four months. I’ve sent multiple emails—not a single response. Their phone line is not operational, and when I visited the Sheffield store for help, I was told they couldn’t do anything because it was an online order.
The complete lack of communication and accountability has been unbelievable. This experience has caused nothing but stress and wasted time.
Please save yourself the hassle and disappointment—do NOT purchase from this retailer.

Order came promptly, good price compared to other places. Sent an item back which was refunded straight away.

Where do I begin with this company? Utter shambolic (and that's being polite) Had a pair of spikes which were the wrong size - returned within a matter of days with proof of Royal Mail recorded delivery and 3 months later STILL waiting for a refund. Unresponsive on the phone and on email. I would avoid at all costs, there are better companies out there, unless of course you want to part with your money.

Worst experience ever. In line with other reviews, my order never arrived, no emails responded to. No messages replied to. I had to go into the headingley store to get anyone to talk to me (the man working there was an absolute star, I feel sorry for him as people just go to complain). Would never shop from here.

Ordered some shoes for my child. Way too small. Contacted to see their returned process. Got a reply after the 3rd attempt. Returned. Photo evidence to prove it was returned. That was 3 weeks ago. No response. Im now seeking a charge back via PayPal.
If you're going to order via this place. Do it with a credit card or PayPal for disputes cover! Document everything. (I have a background in disputes).

I wouldn't even rate 1 star but was minimum option to leave a review. Still waiting for a refund from July 10 emails sent no reply no phone no chat available. Appalling service wished I had read reviews first before buying!
Zero customer service
Made an order which has been sent via evri, evri have failed to reply to me and I haven't recieved it, It says online to get intouch with the sender which I have three times now and nothing! It's really bad and now a birthday is ruined because of them and evri! It's a joke, I would have used these a few times but looks like I'll have to get a charge back via my bank

ORIGINAL REVIEW : - Like "Pam" I ordered a Feedbuddy Pro from them with advertised 9m throw and it was pathetic. They agreed a return and refund sending me a postage label. I returned the item and have heard nothing since!
So they have now got both my money and the rubbish item that was supplied.
