Allsussexrecovery Avis 

Having been left stranded for 5 hours by the RAC I called allsussexrecovery who were very polite, kept me informed of their progress and were extremely professional at all times. Highly recommended.

Was told 60-90 minutes for recovery and quoted a price.

Had to chase a few times and in the end waited 3.5 hours and was charged more than the quoted price when the job was completed.

Not very honest company.

Called out to assist with van which would not start. Person I spoke was very friendly and helpful. In the end we cancelled the visit and they were very kind and did not charge. I would definitely use again if needed

Completely unreliable service, terrible communication, and very unprofessional customer service with workers cancelling calls and blocking you . I would not recommend.

Great communication and service was able to get to Me within 30 minutes, after being let down by my breakdown company. Dropped me off at my requested garage and even offered onwards travel. High recommended!

Avoid at all costs! Failed to turn up three times on three consecutive days for a pre-booked recovery. Every time I rang the rude man at the end of the phone said the van would be there in an hour. They never came and in the end I found a much better local company who came instantly. But I wasted three days. What an appalling service.

Excellent service, company vehicle picked up and taken to main dealer, no problem at all. Nice helpful staff and able to pay by payment link which was nice and easy. Thanks again, hope we don’t need to use you again but will be back if we do!

Terrible service. I rang the office and pre-booked a 08:30 recovery the previous day. By 09:30 I rang again to ask where the recovery was i was told he’s not far. I then rang back and asked again 30mins later for the office to say he’s just a few minutes to which I replied what’s his actual eta they put me in contact with the driver who said he ‘just woke up ’ and said he would be an hour. An hour went by and I rang again and they said it would be another 40mins to which I replied don’t bother. I have now sorted with someone else who turned up! For a cheaper price aswell. Not impressed and would definitely not be recommending.

Kevin the tow truck driver was absolutely amazing. He arrived promptly, was calm and professional, and completely put me at ease during what could have been a very stressful situation.

He handled everything efficiently and safely, and most importantly, he made sure I got to Halfords on time. His friendly attitude and reassurance really made a difference.

I slashed my front tyre while trying to avoid oncoming vehicle. They were called said within hour but took 2.1/2 hours on a very busy road !
Kev picked us up and was very friendly and courteous and helpful but the same cannot be said about the office. this happened two and half weeks ago and I paid £365 and have tried to get an invoice for our company to no avail and phone was put down on me the other day so the 3 stars are for the driver Kev would not recommend to use.
