All Weather Leisure Midlands LTD Avis 

I wanted a small hot tub, just for 2/3 people and, after ringing around a lot of places on the Internet (who were not helpful) I called this company and they were so helpful! They answered all my questions, and were able to organise a quick appointment survey to ensure a smooth delivery and installation (very important!) I'm loving my new hot tub, am using it most nights for pain relief. This is a family run company that you can trust. They're not just chasing sales like the others I spoke to were. I highly recommend them!

Both my partner and I have had a fantastic experience using All Weather Leisure in Shrewsbury for our new Jacuzzi.
From our initial enquiry, Alana has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Despite having an idea of the model that we wanted to purchase, Alana took the time to walk us through all models, from bottom to top of the range to make sure we purchased the Jacuzzi that was perfect for us. At all times she was helpful, I formative and not in any way pushy about the sale. So much so that we ended up.purchasing the model up.from the one that we intended on purchasing.
When it came time for the install, everything ran like clockwork. All the details were ironed out by Luke on the initial site visit. On the day of arrival, Liam and his colleague were polite, punctual and super efficient. The Jacuzzi was craned over our house and connected up in no time. Both lads even asked if we wanted help lifting our new pergola back over the Jacuzzi. The site was left tidy and we were delighted with the service.
We couldn't recommend All Weather Leisure enough, everyone we have contact with has been brilliant.

The guys were great! We have bought from them before and went again for our new hot tub, no pressure relaxed approach, highly knowledgeable. Pre delivery checks, great install then post install checks to see you are ok.

A hot tub is a high value purchase so you need a reliable company, Luke and his Dad are that and more, supported by an excellent team

Although there was a delay in having it commissioned (at our request) it was all set up fantastically.

We walked into a well displayed unit of Jacuzzi hot tubs, we knew what we was looking for and was greeted by Luke who listened to our requirements. There was no pressure in buying and could answer any questions we had with giving advice before a purchase.
Nothing was difficult with our purchase with all of the staff being so helpful.
Installation was a dream with a great service and instruction of use. It didn't stop there, the after sales and care team are there to help with any questions and revisit to assist.

Don’t usually write reviews but these guys thoroughly deserve a 5*rating. First time hot tubbers so we really valued the advice that the team gave us on which one to go for ( thanks Alana!) The installation team were really professional and Lukes’ site visit prior to installation made sure everything went smoothly. Always available to answer any questions post fit ( even the daft ones so thanks Danni!) Great customer service and nothing too much trouble so would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a tub.

The guys arrived with the hot tub, lovely bunch of lads. The tub had to go down a set of steps, this didn’t phase the installers, got the tub down to the level we wanted it at and set it up seamlessly. We have been enjoying the hot tub over the past two weeks and would have no hesitation in recommending All Weather Leisure to supply your hot tub. Also, great follow up after installation, I’ve phoned them a few times with questions, and have found nothing is too much trouble.

Really good service from the people at Cannock - Luke and Danni have been helpful and accommodating, particularly Danni as there were some complications arising from the work being done on our garden. She was flexible and ensured that in the end things went smoothly.

All Weather Leisure really do understand the importance of delivering a service focused on giving their customers the best experience. From competitive pricing, quality hot tubs, knowledgeable sales staff, professional and helpful installation and post-installation aftercare they tick 10/10 in all departments! I was impressed from day one when I visited the Shrewsbury store knowing very little about a hot tub and left with what has turned out to be the perfect hot tub for me! Thanks Alana! The installation team went beyond their remit to ensure my hot tub could be sited without the need for a crane to place it. I've also had phonecalls from the team since installation to help me work out how best to get my water/chemical balance just right. It's a work in progress but I know the team are on hand to assist if I need it. A great company which I recommend without hesitation!

for the past 18 months we have been looking to purchase a good well built hot tub, we have researched and spoken to many dealerships, but we have always returned back to All weather Leisure in Cannock.
we have found the whole team to be very helpful. especially Luke who directed us to an ex-showroom model. we found that he was not pushy but very helpful along with the Girls in the office with the questions i have.
we must also mention the installers who again we found to be very helpful and informative along with their humour. we would recommend 100% any who are looking for a hot tub to speak to any member of the the team at All weather Leisure.

Excellent service, responsive and friendly

The service of the team and information given was great and very helpful, even the site teams were great.

Went into All Weather Leisure hot tub showroom to get a quote came out with a hot tub at a competitive price. A few questions / issues ie Bluetooth connectivity after install but all resolved by Hania and Liberty. Product running perfectly well, excellent buying experience from sale to install to aftercare when unsure they were there to assist and resolve.

Great service and advice when we were purchasing our hot tub,are always available to give advice to us, Stock a good choice of products and accessories too!

Only used this company for a spare part for my Jacuzzi, but part was delivered promptly and was the right part first time. Very competitive with online retailers as well

Bought our Hot tub 10yrs ago from AWL. Recently called them to help with ordering a new lid and some spare parts we needed. The service was out of this world good! I spoke to 2 ladies at two different times whilst I was making up my mind. I was blown away with the time and attention they both gave me helping me make my decisions. I would highly recommend this company for expertise, service and competitive prices. I will continue to use in the future. Honestly could not ask for better service!

We walked into the showroom as a family, looking for a plug and play hot tub something easy to use and set up. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in, we were given time on our own to look around. Then a lovely member of staff came and spoke to us she was warm friendly and very professional she made us feel at home. The whole experience of purchasing the hot tub was pleasant and easy from start to finish, even delivery date and time was quick. Once we had it installed we even had a phone call asking how everything was. We did have one small issue on putting filter in, as we had never had this type of spa before we rang the company who were really helpful and helped us with this issue. I feel as a company they are friendly approachable and if I need anything or just want to pop in and ask anything I feel comfortable doing this alone or with my family. So pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company.
