I cant recommend this company highly enough. Phoned for advice and spoke to Darren who gave an in depth, knowledgeable description of two tents I was looking at. Phoned back the next day to order and had it in my house within 24 hours. Also had a great discount too which sweetened the deal.

After being let down by a rival online camping supplies company Allweathers came to the rescue. They delivered the items that I needed within 24hrs and I would highly recommend them. I would also like to add that one of the items in my order was £5 cheaper than the other company who claim to have 'the best online' prices....the chap who answered the telephone when I rang to check availability was very polite and helpful.

I scoured the internet for a discontinued Outwell item. Finally found that Allweathers had the product in stock, but not available for delivery. After a phone call and exceptional customer service, I took delivery of said item the next day. Absolutely fantastic service - really went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. After scouring the internet looking for a new tent we came across Allweathers, with the cheapest price by far we decided to buy. Ordered on Wednesday 1:20 p.pm. Thursday 9:30 a.m. it's sat in my living room, exceptional service. From now on Allweathers will be my first port of call when shopping as well as recommending to everyone.

Placed an order for something that was out of stock on several other sites thinking i'd get an email saying not in stock but not so. Placed the order 9pm Tuesday evening and item arrived Thursday 11am. Very competitive price as well. Definitely will be putting this company into my favorites list for future orders

Ordered a outwell tent and accessories. Rang up the next day and they happily added to my order. Delivered quickly and comms very good. After putting the tent up found it was faulty, spoke to the manager who was excellent gave me a couple of options. I decided to return for exchange, organised on a day convenient to me to pick up and drop off new tent. All went smoothly, would definately recommend.

A quick Google search for a specific pr of North Face shoes and all-weather.co.k was one of those returned, decided to place an order and it was very fast and easy to do via the web interface, communications were great and shipping update plus tracking, if it wasn't for the weekend my order would have been received the very next day.

I was looking for a Northface parka on sale and was reluctant to try auction sites as I wanted the real deal.
By chance I happened to find Allweathers and when I looked there it was........my perfect coat: right size, right colour and at a bargain price.

I placed my order and had confirmation by email pretty much immediately.
The follow up emails kept me fully informed as to the status of my order and when I emailed the team with a question they replied the same day.

I ordered on a Friday and opted for standard delivery and was expecting it to arrive the same time next week but it arrived the next working day
The coat was well packaged and in perfect condition.

I would recommend this company without reservation.

My son decided on Dec 27th that he wanted a particular Barbour coat, in Olive Green medium, I went on line and made probably 25/30 site searches, (several phone calls too) only to find, no stock, just sold out, or not available until Feb 2013, and with it still being in the Christmas New Year break, did not expect to get one
I found Allweathers, made a phone call spoke to Mick, they had one in stock
Made a quick call to my son, phoned Allweathers back, paid by card, was told although we paid the extra £2 for nextday post, did not really expect it
Parcel Force picked up the package a 3.45pm on the 27th, and we recieved delivery before 9am on the 28th, so well done Parcel Force, and many thanks to Allweathers, a happy son, and we will be back
(and it was £20 cheaper)

I was looking for a North face jacket for my wife and after searching online shops found Allweathers. The price was a full £100 cheaper than anywhere else for this seasons jacket! The order was made and delivered the next day. Very Happy! Thankyou!

So I was after a certain jacket and the central London store didn't have the type I was after. Allweathers had the jacket and it was about £20 cheaper.
I ordered it and two days later it arrived, considering its ten days till christmas, I would have to say I was very impressed.
