Quality clothes, questionable sizing...

Clothes are great quality and very stylish.

Returns process is clunky and expensive to send back items.

Sizing is way off. Every item comes up far too big (T-shirts at least 1 size too big, jackets/jumpers 2 sizes).

Not sure if they use Popeye for the model on jackets/jumpers, but the arms are far too big/baggy for the torso.

Thanks for taking the time to write this, and really glad the quality and the pieces worked well.

On fit: our cuts are designed to sit relaxed, so they do run roomier than a standard slim fit, it's part of the look rather than a sizing error. We will try make this easier your end to understanding on the sizing. For length and measurements, there's a size guide on each product page worth a quick look before your next order, and if you'd ever like a sizing steer we're happy to talk you through it.

On returns and we're in the middle of overhauling the whole process to make it far smoother.

I like the clothes but returns need to improve

I like the clothes, good quality and stylish but the returns process needs to improve. Not offering free returns is one thing but having to print off a physical label and arrange your own postage is just a hassle. They should set it up that you can return through a royal mail / evri drop off with the return cost just being deducted from any refund. This is the way 95% of clothing stores that don't offer free returns operate.

Problems with refund

Still no refund 7 weeks after they received the return. Email said refund will be processed within 14 days. Customer services reply to emails but no action is taken. Very frustrating experience.

Amazing Brand and Service!

This brand is not only amazing, but the service is top notch! The owner himself was able to work with me processing an item that had been sold out and getting it shipped ASAP!

Not only are their products great…

Not only are their products great quality.but the customer service is absolutely fantastic. I had purchased the wrong size TShirt for my son and returned it for a different size. I realised that I hadn’t followed the correct return procedure and emailed the company. The very same day I had an email back confirming that everything was sorted and that the item was ready to be posted. I will definitely purchase from this company again

Long delay in refunds being processed

I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks (since they confirmed receipt)for my refund to be processed. Prompt email response from Customer Services apologising for the delay, claiming it’s due to Christmas returns, however still no refund.
I am updating my review after a speedy response this morning, and finally confirmation my refund has been processed. This was my first experience in returning an item.
I have shopped previously and always been very pleased with the quality.

It is the Christmas period and our warehouse has been operating at full capacity, which has caused delays in processing some returns and refunds. That said, this is on us and not the experience you should have had.

Really care for the customer

Ordered during black Friday, so it was a bit of an issue with the tracking and delay in getting the jacket, but once I was able to contact the shop, I was treated with extremely good customer service and could tell how much care for the brand and customers. As for the jacket, it's extremely good quality, a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but still fits well. Will Defentitly buy from them again

They don't ship same day as it claims…

They don't ship same day as it claims on their website! Tracking shows it left their factory 5 days later. Don't claim stuff that is untrue, misleading

Great brand and customer service

Great brand and customer service. Had an issue with a recent order and got given a replacement very quickly. The owner, Seb is really responsive and very helpful.

Ordered from here before and everything’s really high quality.

Pricey but Good

Ordered a knitted crew jumper, arrived within a week with no qualms. Really nice fit and good quality material. Got a fair few compliments when I first wore it which was nice. £100 for a jumper was slightly painful though...

The quality of your clothes is…

The quality of your clothes is excellent but your Customer Service is really poor which is a real shame.
Have been waiting a month now for a refund - even after chasing with emails and WhatsApp messages.

Still waiting for a refund /updated

Ordered a sweatshirt for my son for Christmas, it was too big, sent back and had a response that a refund would be within 14 days , this time has passed and have sent more than 1 email , and am still waiting , as this seems to to be a recurring theme looking at the reviews here its a shame as the sweatshirt was good quality too , and not cheap
Update:
After writing this review, feeling a bit frustrated, within a few hours i had a lovely response from Sebastian, explaining why things were taking a bit longer , and kindly apologised for my late refund. My son really wanted the sweatshirt , he has ordered before with this company and had no problems , and the clothes have always been good quality, we requested a medium and again with minutes Sebastian replied and today have received the sweatshirt, it's true in saying it's sometimes not the problem , but how you can solve it , Happy customer and thanks Sebastian for your help.

Refund still not processed

Refund still not processed. Sent back two items which I had confirmation of their return and the refund being processed within 10 working days on 6th Dec.

Understand it's a busy time but no response from multiple emails and phone number isn't answered.

Update- have had a nice email response, and appreciate the speediness of response after I reviewed. I really like the brand so glad this was all resolved.
