Alpha Batteries Avis 

As my previous battery was getting a bit tired after 6 years of use, I needed a new one. But which one, as the one I had was not manufactured anymore? I required a leisure battery for a caravan with a 100w roof mounted soar panel. It had to be able to power a Alco motor mover. It had to be capable of been left connected to the mains electric at home, VIA on board battery charger, whilst not in use, and be capable of “wild camping” for at least 3 days. Just and Email to Algha batteries and the correct battery was recommended at a great price. After placing the order, the battery arrived in a couple of days. Great service, and would recommend without hesitation.

I bought an Exide Leisure battery from Alpha Batteries. The website was very easy to navigate and plenty of information about each battery to make the best choice. I was expecting it to arrive up to 3 days later, but got it the next day.

Excellent customer service, I needed a battery for my American Ford Crown Victoria, as it’s a cop car, it needed a very beefy battery, they found a Bosch item at a great price including delivery, and it arrived packaged very securely. Thank you!

I was surprised at how quickly the battery came, and how heavy it is! The price was excellent and this appears to be a very good quality battery for my campervan. I would definitely deal with this company again.

I have tried twice to contact this company regarding the purchase of a least 1 lithium battery at nearly £1000 and they just don't answer my emails. This obviously tells me all I need to know about the company and the back-up I would receive if I purchased 1 or 2 of their batteries! Business must be good, will look elsewhere!!

I ordered 4 x 135 A/h batteries on Monday afternoon, they were delivered at 13.40 on Tuesday. Exactly as ordered in good condition and well packed. I would recommend Alpha Batteries to any of my boating friends.

Branded Battery for my car at best price and next day delivery, what more can anyone want?

Fantastic fast service! I ordered battery on Wednesday at 14:47 and on the next day at 14:45 I received delivery with battery. The next day delivery it really works and Alpha Batteries has reasonable prices. I really strongly recommend this shop.I'm extremaly happy becaouse my old battery was copleatly flat and I was really need next day delivery.

Went looking for batteries for my boat. Found what I was looking for at a reasonable price with free mainland 48 hour delivery. Went through check out to find that Scotland is obviously no longer part of mainland UK as I was hit with £20 delivery. I was needing them quickly and they were in stock I continued. Order placed on a Sunday, Tuesday came and went as did Wednesday. Contact customer services who advised they would arrive Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. Friday came and went no batteries. Eventually they arrived 1 week late. Correspondence after initial request for an update was woeful as was the ability to track the order from the start. Pity about delivery and customer support as the price seemed to be ok.

Would have given Five stars for the company. However their chosen courier is useless. Ordered battery Thursday morning with next day delivery. Took a week to get battery. Spoke to courier several times but no joy.

Have upgraded to 5 stars as you don't know how good a company is until you have an issues. Alpha resolved issue fantastically.

Bought a battery AGM. However, when I bought I was not made aware you need special charges for AGM.
Alpha thou we’re brilliant. They swapped the battery for an AGM battery that could be charged on a standard battery chargeR collected the new one and delivered a new one. All in 48 hours.
The staff are very knowledgeable about batteries and can answer pretty much anything. The prices are very good as well .
Will use again.

I needed to purchase a couple of 627 commercial batteries and unfortunately, chose Alpha Batteries. I say unfortunately, not because they are expensive or their customer service is unacceptable, but because they have chosen to use a courier service that is completely unacceptable and is incapable of delivering in the specified timescales ie:- next day.
Having paid just under £260.00 for the items which included 'free' delivery on the 10th April, I'm still waiting on the 13th April and, to date, there has been no indication as to when the product will arrived. I'm fortunate that I don't need the product to go about my business but I've had to re-arrange my activities to get the intended vehicle weighed and re-registered with the DVLA.
So, would I use this company again? Regretfully not, because of their chosen courier who has proven to be completely incapable and unapproachable.
