Beware
Do not get Amazing selling machine ( ASM ) course! It’s a total scum. The course is outdated and very basic.
Communication is horrible. For a month I tried to communicate with them by email. After a month they said it was miscommunication because they didn’t get my emails with questions. But they actually replied to them saying they didn’t get them. That was mind blowing. They said that they didn’t get my emails, but they replied to them. How is that possible?!
If you call them on a phone, record everything, so you have a proof of everything they told you and promise you! If you don’t, they will say that you are making everything up.
Mentor program: if you get a good mentor who works there for a long time – you are lucky. My first mentor was awesome, the only good thing that happened to me with ASM. He sent me some advice and support every week. But he retired. They gave me another one, who didn’t even communicate with me, didn’t introduce himself, nothing. I tried to communicate with him, but he wasn’t on ASM page for a while. I sent email to support, and after that the guy answered me finally. But he said that he was new, and he didn’t know what to do and how he can help me. After that he disappeared for good.
The ’best’ part – Expert Product Package ( EPP ) : do not purchase EPP !!! It’s even bigger scum than ASM course. If you purchased it for some reason, please do research on that product before you sell it on Amazon, because you can lose a lot of money.
So, they gave me the product to sell, with some information about it and suppliers. ROI was good, profit margin was good. But then I started to work with suppliers I understood that all numbers are incorrect. ASM wanted me to sell premium product, but They gave me suppliers who sold smaller and cheaper product. It was like I had to sell smaller and cheaper product for the price of bigger premium product. So, then I found suppliers for my bigger and premium product my ROI has gone way down. Product was unprofitable.
They gave only one month when you could communicate with support if you had questions about EPP. That was the month “when they didn’t get my emails” but replied to them. When they finally ‘started’ to get my emails, I explained them situation, they said that I was right, and they gave me new EPP.
My second EPP was even worse. I could see it right away. Again, they wanted me to sell premium product made of real material but gave me suppliers who made fake artificial product which wasn’t even close to the product they wanted me to sell. I found only one suppler who sold real material product. ROI went to minus! I contacted they again. Again, where was a problem. I called on a phone, and the guy told me that soon new EPP would be released, and I would get a new one. I waited for a while and didn’t get anything. I contacted manager, told her about my phone talk, but she told me that she listened that talk, and the guy didn’t tell me that I would get new EPP. She meant that I was lying, but as an exception they would give me a new EPP, but that would be the last time.
So, my third EPP wasn’t good as a first product as well. Even Zoof showed it (the program ASM use). I contacted support again, they said that I should look wider, and the product would fit the parameters, but it didn’t. I asked my mentor about that product and if I should look wider, he said that if Zoof doesn’t show that product fits the parameters, I shouldn’t sell it.
Than they wanted me to buy PVP but I understood that it would be the same as with EPP. Even when I told them I wasn’t going to buy it they kept trying to sell it to me. And here they would send me email regularly, no delays!
As a result, all three EPPs were horrible. All my experience with ASM was a nightmare. I understood that their purpose not to teach you to sell on Amazon, their purpose is to get as much money from you as they can and extend the time so you couldn’t get a refund.
