Do not buy!!! Their return policy is awful and wrong as they stare all sales are final. Once you paid that is it. If the size is wrong you are left with the item as you cannot return it. I paid £100 for a pair of shoes for my girl and now i cannot return it.

Ordered a few items 3 days ago, have sent a couple of emails inquiring when they might be shipped, no response to any emails. Scam I guess.

Ordered 2 dresses worth about £45 each both arrived and fabric is see-through and VERY poor quality. Upon requesting refund they advised I could only have 20% refund £18 of my total order. This does not line up with the returns policy they publish on their website. Never order from here!

ordered 2 tracksuits from them a long time ago and they never came. Tried to contact them through email and it turns out it's a fake email. I noticed a pattern with there social media aswell, they all have exactly 25k followers ( probably bought followers to look more legit ). too this day I wasn't able to get a refund or anything. lucky they were on a big sale. If they weren't I would of lost £200 instead then £70

So they are apparently a scam company, they have refused to deliver my order. Since the 7th of April.

This is a fraudulent company. They do not deliver your products. I bought tracksuits from them worth £50 And it never got delivered. I emailed them but no response and my money is gone.

I wish you could reply to people on here ..someone is asking about Instagram..they did have one but I was commenting all the time on talking my money and they either deleted their page or blocked me but either way I cannot find them anymore ..I'm still to call the bank I still cannot believe that even tho they are on gov website as dissolved that they are still getting away with it ..just how !! I feel so sorry for the kids who are buying with their saved money ..I was buying for my nephew ..I'm very very angry .

Absolutely disgusted by this company. I work in a children’s home and one of the kids ordered something and it has not arrived they have stolen from a child in care. How desperate can you be to do this. Does anyone know their instagram? Has anyone been successful in getting a refund?

Fake scam website. Made a order items have not arrived. Sent emails but do not go through. STAY AWAY AND AVOID

Do not order from this company, it takes your money and no goods. I ordered end of Jan, waited for the delivery heard nothing. End of Feb I started to email, now their email is non existence either... Fake company... Anyone knows how I could get my money?

Scammers. My son ordered 29th January and it didn't turn up. They ignored all emails and blocked on socials.

No tracksuit showed up after paid £60+. I sent countless emails to them and at first they responded saying they’re having delays but now they have blocked my socials and don’t respond to emails anymore. This was paid for in December2023 it is now February 2024. Shame!

Ordered a few tracksuits and they took ages to come and when did arrive too small so sent them back and haven’t heard anything since and this was in December despite my track and trace showing they have received it and they are not returning my emails.

ORDERD ON THE 2nd of february and i still haven’t received anything yet. paid £61 pounds on 2 tracksuits and haven’t come yet. I’ve emailed them but yet to get a response. Seriously if this ever happens consider sueing them because this is unacceptable. Going to file a report to GOV uk about the company
