I found this website whilst looking for personalised handkerchiefs. They were so lovely on arrival, great quality and I really liked the option to add a gift bag as we were sending this directly to the recipient. Shipping was very fast!

Great service as always just gutted they have come with black stitching! It’s probably my fault but I normally ask for blue looks less austere. A red heart would have been better but still nice.

My order was never confirmed despite me asking for this. I was not informed of dispatch either. This shows a failing in your administration, leading me to think the website might be a scam. This is why I gave 3 stars. When the handkerchiefs arrived they were excellent.

Your emails were all replied to and additional copies of order confirmations, dispatch updates were all emailed again. This must have gone into your junk/spam mail. We made the extra effort and copied the requested info in reply to your emails too. All order update info is also on your customer account and can be accessed by you logging in to view. As you can see from reviews we are an honest gift web shop providing excellent personalised gifts.
