Had a problem installing a new iMac operating system
Had a problem installing a new operating system upgrade to my old 2011 iMac. Called Analogic and took it in for some diagnostics. iMac is now repaired, data recovered and I now have a fast BMW M3 instead of the slow old tank. I have used this business on several occasions in the past to repair computers/recover data and the service is as good as ever.

Excellent Service
EXCELLENT SERVIVE, Sam from AnoLogic Computers was able to troubleshoot and fix the Networking issues and worked with our Company for a smooth transition and installation of Multiuser QuickBooks POS Application.
I can't do justice when I say they are the best solution to your computer problems. I appreciate AndLogic's knowledge, speedy and friendly services and recommend AndLogic Computers.

Took my imac to Apple Centre in…
Took my imac to Apple Centre in Bentalls Kingston. They shook their head and said don't bother. They gave me the name of Analogic computer and these guys are GREAT! Apple's solution is just to buy a new computer. (Really!!) Analogic repaired my motherboard. Then my son had an issue with his laptop - they fixed it no problem. These guys are the best. Very speedy service and all at a reasonable price. VERY satisfied!

A great company who go above and beyond the usual standards.
I had a fault with my Macbook Pro which had proved beyond the skill of my local computer repairer.
A friend recommended Analogic to me and I am now happy to recommend them myself.
They were clear and honest about costs, and communicated well throughout a complicated but successful fix.

I suppose couple of days for a new hard…
I suppose couple of days for a new hard drive and data recovery might not be bad for some but £520 for it is not right. Probably more expensive than Apple round the corner. You pay and learn!

We are sorry to hear that you feel the price you paid for the recovery of your important data was too expensive. We would have explained to you the cost breakdown and the reasons for that at the time but we would be happy to explain in detail why the cost of data recovery can be expensive and specifically why it was in your case if you call us. We believe the price you paid for the data recovery part of your repair was more than resonable for the time it took us to recover all of your data from your failed hard drive.
The main reasons for the cost of data recovery is the time it takes to actually recover data from a failed hard drive and the cost of the equipment needed to recover data from all sorts of storage media. Data recovery is extremely labour intensive and in many cases requires an employee to recover files one at a time and on a job that has thousands and thousands of files to recover this can take days to weeks, even taking months in some rare cases. Donor parts can be needed in some cases too which can be extremely hard to find and add to the cost of data recovery.
Just for your information Apple themselves do not recover data at all from failed drives so you would have had to have got your data recovered at a data recovery specialist like ourselves and we believe our prices are more than competitive.
Great Service - Efficient, Friendly and Economical
My son's MacBook Pro was broken (hard drive) and he needed a fast fix, as he was leaving the country. Analogic took it in for a couple of days and returned it cleaned up, fully functioning and with all of the content and software fully restored. They kept us informed throughout the process and were very reasonable on price. My son had thought he was going to lose a lot of material and have to pay for a new laptop - what a relief.
I fully recommend them to anyone, without reservations. Thanks Guys.
