I have patronized other estate agents, but my experience with Andrew Craig at Low Fells Gateshead, was quite different. There was a sense of humanity in the manner they deal with clients. Their customer service capability was of a high genre. Gill goes beyond the transactional approach of doing business to bringing added value to customers' experience. She takes extra steps to ensure that clients get properties that are most suitable in their circumstances.

I have found them to be very helpful and conscientious, they have helped us complete the sale of my mother home. The have also helped with any questions or advice.

I'd like to say Andrew Craig Estate Agents South Shields dealt with the valuation and putting it on the market within a few hours and the property had good interest with several viewings the following day. Sadly, I don't feel after this that they worked for me. I stipulated that I wouldn't be selling to an investor, I didn't want the property in the hands of a landlord and the second viewing was by a Landlord that even though they were offering full asking price, I refused and took a lower offer from a family wanting to make it their home. Several weeks past and like many offers it sadly fell through, however within 2 days the agents lined up another 2 viewings and yet another landlord. The other viewing arranged was supposed to be buying a house to be their home. However, I had a suspicion that this was some of the party that viewed a few weeks earlier; the landlord that I refused the offer. I couldn't get any clarity it was not them. One of the names was familiar so I wanted to withdraw the house from the market but my requests was never carried out. The agent went ahead with the sale and assured me the buyer was legit; clearly this wasn't the case.
I can say the agent did manage to sell the property and at full asking price but did they work for me, NO. I feel very let down as they knew I was in no hurry to sell, I wanted the property removing from the market until next year however I realise its my fault, I should have demanded it was removed. I was far to polite with the agents. My advice would be to avoid Andrew Craig Estate Agents if you want them to act on your request as my experience has been they acted on their own interest.

Alison and team were superb at handling our property sale. We appreciated the consistent, clear communication throughout the process and their expertise in advising ourselves on the various stages of the sale.

Despite various setbacks, the team worked diligently to ensure a sale could proceed at pace.

We cannot sing the praises of this company enough, in particular Maureen in the Fulwell office, she is an absolute star and without her we would still be waiting to get moved. Our move was a really long drawn out process, moving from another part of the country to this area, with many complications along the way, Maureen kept us sane in a very stressful process, kept us informed every step of the way and chased up solicitors all the way. She went way above and beyond in our family relocation with an extremely professional and personal friendly service. In short, she was our rock and we can't thank her enough.
