Refund issue
Ordered a dress but it looked so cheap and flimsy compared to the photo that I did not even bother to try it on and returned it. It was obviously a sale item for a reason. They then said it was returned to them with a mark on and the tags removed. I had not even thought to check it had the tags or or any marks in the first place because I had already decided it wasn’t even nice enough to try on. Please check that your items have tags on and no marks as I feel this company are trying their luck with sale items. Will avoid this brand in the future and will try to reclaim my money back through my credit card company

Ordered a lovely dress but it had a few missing beads, made one phone call and they delivered a replacement within 24 hours (No shipping fee).
The quality of the replacement dress is excellent, and a perfect fit.
I will be definitely be a returning customer.

Brilliant service!
Brilliant service! I placed an order for a dress after the cut off time for next day delivery. The company kindly responded to my request to send out by courier for the next day. It arrived on time, and the dress was perfect for my daughters ball that evening.

Lovely dress perfect for Christmas period. Glad I ordered a larger size to try as the style makes the dress feel tighter and smaller than usual.
