She had a complete health check at the vets and I had a phone call from them to say that everything was fine and that is very unusual of a 15 year old that she is .

I was recommended this food for my poorly dog but something went wrong. I ordered 3kg food and some treats. The treats arrived next day but not the food and i contacted Angell petco who blamed the Post Office. This sent me off to the sorting office asking the whereabouts of the parcel and to another address 3 miles away, a similar address to me in case of misdelivery.
I would have appreciated it if i’d been told the food had simply not been sent. Mistake, whatever. I could understand that. Everyone wants to see a small family business succeed and my dog likes the food. Thats what matters. The 2nd parcel did turn up and was complete, so extra treats had been sent. This makes a dent in company profit. I would have been happy to pay a delivery charge for DPD who are good communicators and reliable.
I wish the company every success and hope my next order with Angell petco will be straightforward.

I’ve been using Angel Petco for many years, never had any trouble with ordering or there products. My dogs have always loved the food and treats, All products are natural with no additives.

Had a problem with our order. It seemed to go missing. We waited a week to chase it and the customer service was excellent. It arrived the very next day! I look forward to giving them 5 stars in the future

The product is good Our German Shepherd has a dietary issue which Angell recommended sensitive food for That was a few years ago and she's still on it and has no problems at all There was a problem with the order, unusual in itself I contacted customer support and it was quickly resolved with no fuss or bother It doesn't matter how good a company is, occasionally something will go wrong The test then, is how quickly and easily they resolve the problem I'd give Angell full marks for their efforts in resolving the problem and with that assurance, I'd recommend them to any/everyone
