The good arrived in good time and overall the wheelchair is as described. However I am dissapointed on the 'hand wheel size'. The rim is very thin and this makes it difficult to get a good grip. Ar 19in diameter it also makes it difficult to buy rim covers since they start at 20in.

My husband can now get out more because of the chair and he said it is really comfortable. Takes a little getting used going round the shops at a lower level from when walking

Delivery was prompt for both the wheelchair and cushion I bought, and when I had a problem with the wheelchair brakes, the company sent me a new replacement wheelchair.

I bought a compact rollator and it's absolutely great. My sister has one and we managed to fit both of them in the footwell behind the drivers seat in an i20 on a recent holiday. They have the added benefit of being quickly and easily reduced to a fraction of their width when in stores which have minimal space and although I wouldn't recommend walking around with them in this configuration it was so easy to get around and then quickly return them to normal width.
There were no issues using it as a walking aid or as a seat and it felt very sturdy in both uses.
The service from the shop was great too and I would highly recommend both the product and the store

The wheel chair I ordered turn up in 3 days. It appears to be very sturdily constructed and very good value for money.

Speed of delivery

The chair was well protected in transit and only took 20 mins to unpack and assemble the chair and bottom swivel Caistors unit together. (Took longer to tear up all the cardboard internal and external packaging). One issue was FedEx who gave a delivery of 8:20am to 12:20pm but didn't deliver until 3:10 pm. That's a lot of waiting around. Tried to contact FedEx customer service and waste of time, just told me the chair was only 18 miles away at 7:34 that morning. Apparently they cannot provide any updates and no online tracking of where the truck is at any one time is available, very poor for a freight company of that size. Not the problem of the supplier but suggest looking at using other freight companies in the future.

Wheelchair delivered promptly.
Unfortunately, the wheelchair never got to be used as my mum passed away before she got the chance.
Return was easy to arrange.
Refund was a little delayed due to some confusion, but resolved quickly.

Needed a travel wheelchair for my mother who has Parkinson’s. Found one online had a few questions so telephoned and spoke to a very nice gentleman who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Placed the order online on the Friday and was delivered on the Monday. Mum is delighted with her new wheelchair which is excellent quality. Would highly recommend this company
