I needed a new lamp base for my 1227 Mini Desk Lamp. The old one was dropped on the floor and became dented. I was able to order a replacement from Anglepoise directly.
I appreciate that this company supports responsible consumption. I look forward to using my Anglepoise lamp for years to come.

I was passed down an 80's era Anglepoise lamp from my father. During my use, the button broke, along with the elbow hinge and the PVC cable was showing signs of its age. Flora advised me on the elbow hinge I needed after sending her a picture of my lamp and was able to determine my model as an Apex 90.
When the replacement elbow hinge arrived, it was found to be incompatible while I was attempting to rewire the lamp. Initially, I was contacted by Gywn upon contacting Anglepoise of this incompatibility before I was put in touch with Flora.
Flora went well above and beyond to arrange my lamp to be taken in for the repair. She kept me informed and updated on the progress and was very responsive in my inquiries as well as being honest throughout. This included sending me picture of the elbow hinge replacement as well as informing of an issue with the wiring from my previous rewire attempt and the uniquity of my particular Apex 90.
Today, I've received the Apex 90 back from the repair and rewire. The old lamp feels much better than it did before, like new, to be precise. Not only has the elbow hinge been replaced but the switch on the lampshade and the base springs look and feel refreshed, along with a braided cable.
The base side springs as well as the mains plug and cable were nicely packed away in a smaller box within the lamp's packaging during transit, along with a provided bulb.
Overall, I am very happy at how the repair and rewire has turned out. Before, my Apex 90 had seen better days. Now, it is seeing even better days.
Many thanks to Flora as well as Gwyn, the Rewire Technician, the Product Development Manager and the rest of the team at Anglepoise for helping me get my Apex 90 back to fully operational condition and giving it a new lease of life.

Bought 3 products recently. Brilliant quality, really pleased with them and also the new lifetime guarantee which I hadn’t known about. Had a problem registering one of the products (user error!) and the customer services team were super helpful, sorted me out very quickly, and didn’t make me feel like a muppet! 😆 Don’t think I’ll be using any other brands from hereon in.

So I wanted a Paul Smith Anglepoise Lamp. Checked all the major retailers, Heals, John Lewis ect but decided on a whim to search for the company to see if they sold the light directly. They did - the price was good and the service fantastic. I received my lamp two days after ordering! They use a decent courier (DPD) the packaging is sustainable and robust and the lamp is beautiful. So happy I bought directly from Anglepoise. I am delighted with my purchase.

I have had an exceptional customer service experience with Flora at Anglepoise over the last few weeks. My lamp has stopped working and although purchased at John Lewis, I couldn’t find the receipt without trailing through hundreds of online orders. They advised me to contact Anglepoise direct which I did and Flora talked me through possible scenarios including suggesting the fuse had blown.
In the end she sent me a label to send it to them warning me that because of the Christmas period it would take a little longer than usual. I received my lamp back today and she was right. It had been the fuse. In addition, they enclosed a new boxed bulb.
I am so impressed! We have a total of four Anglepoise lamps in our house and it is wonderful to find a company that does what they say they will do with regard to customer service and preserving the life of their excellent products. Thank you Flora.
