With years of experience in both general and avian-focused veterinary practice, as well as caring for her own beloved flock of birds, Kirsty is knowledgeable and careful when it comes to toy safety for your beloved pets. ✨️Based on the northside of Brisbane and posting all around Australia, to New Zealand and even further abroad, it's easy to spoil your birds or furry friends with the handy filters for Parrot species and other categories in the online store. ✨️Be sure to check out the Aussie Handmade parrot toys section via the 'handy tags' at the bottom of each web page. As well as supporting local business, that section of products is free from any metals that are not stainless steel (ie they either contain stainless steel hardware or no metal at all). ✨️You're always welcome to get in touch via email or Facebook message if you have any questions about what products will be best for your pets. ✨️As a primarily online store, an address is not published. Pick up is available for those who live locally - just choose the option at checkout (after you enter your postcode within the region) and get in touch to arrange a time. ✨️For postage orders, Australia Post-specific options exist or an (often cheaper) courier option is available, which normally utilises Aramex for metro areas of Australia.

Excellent Products
The products are of great quality. Just one thing, the swings need a clip on them, I had to make my own up out of wire.
Those little soft chewable bird perches need to come with a bit of strong wire so I can put it up. Mine was a gift, thank you very much for that :)

I'm not sure who placed the order for you, as it was a gift (but only your name provided)..but they actually chose the 'no thanks' option for the hanging link - the default is a stainless steel pear clip on the medium swing. A lot of people have spares, so I offer the option to opt out and people reuse the hanging link.
Sorry to hear that was the wrong option for your situation. Spare hanging links are available in the store also if you need.
I'm interested in what you mean about the chewable perches needing wire to put it up, so I will email you separately to see if I can help.
