We recently placed our house for sale with Anthony Quirk their service was excellent and professional and very quick
Unfortunately we decided to take our house off the market as we were unable to proceed with the property we wanted to buy
All of the staff were very understanding especially the owner Chris who gave us a great deal of support at a very stressful time

Excellent viewing experience yesterday with Melissa. She was very informative & professional. Puts yoymu at ease. Very respectful of peoples properties.

Ella-Rose and Ella were both amazing at helping us find somewhere. They were brilliant ambassadors. Following the sale and the finding of our forever home communication became a bit spasmodic with us having to initiate the conversation. Promises of call backs didn’t materialise, however in the midst of this we then got our guardian angel Lenny. Professional, patient and exemplary at her job. As soon as she was involved everything was brilliant. I can’t praise this lady enough.

We have dealt with Anthony Quirk several times, they are honest and make you feel like you are their only customer. Our first experience with lettings was handled by Nicola Rattenbury this year, she is an exceptional lady with people skills, determination and empathy. It certainly was a pleasure doing business with this company. Gold stars all round.

All of the staff have been so brilliant. I sold and purchased with Anthony Quirk and Co. From start to finish they have been friendly, helpful and supportive in every way.

From the beginning Ella & Ella Rose kept us updated to date with all viewings & feedback. Once offers happened Emma & Chris had to work their socks off negotiating with very tricky buyers which wasn’t helped by the estate agent for the Jewish community who complicated things & made their job process so much more stressful than it needed to be. Emma & Chris shielded us as buyers from the stress caused as much as they could & it was so good to feel like we had people on our side, we will always appreciate this.
Once a sale was agreed the wonderful Jayden & Emma got on board. They liaised with other agents & solicitors in such a professional way & were always feeding back to us what was happening. We have zero complaints about this wonderful team as they work so hard to get you what you want. Keep up the amazing work that you do team & look after each other 🙂

This company has no clue about the price in Canvey. They list houses for 100k less compare with everything around 55 mile just to have more sales to grow revenue. How seller can get so fooled by those with no idea how to price a house. Had them around as well to see how much my house will be worth and believe me they are incompetent just like scammers. I am the seller and this is my honest review. When I even bought a house I didn't go through wi them used other local one. Now make sense this dirty business to pretend they are running.

Quirk and Co helped us sell our property in Basildon, and we genuinely feel like we’ve made friends with much of the team.
