We'd first like to thank you for providing your feedback. We take all reports of service instability very seriously, as providing a reliable hosting service is the core purpose of our service. However, after looking more into your claims, we have found several significant inconsistencies that lead us to believe this review is not a reflection of a legitimate experience.
Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible hosting experience, thus upon seeing your review, our team immediately looked into the issue. We first attempted to reach out to you directly via Discord to a user named "shadefall" that was on our discord server, and emailed you via Trustpilot to try and identify which specific nodes were supposedly experiencing these "random crashes". After receiving no response and getting blocked on discord, we decided to search our account database using the information provided.
Our records show that there is a user matching your details (username), however, we didn't find any active or historical server that exist under your account. Simply put, there is solid evidence that you have never utilized our hosting platform.
Additionally, we noticed a distinct lack of effort or specific detail in your review. Your vague claims of "crashing without reason" without providing a ticket number, server ID, or technical logs suggest that this feedback was not intended to be genuine, but rather to baselessly damage our reputation. At Apect, we focus on transparency and high uptime; if a genuine issue existed, our monitoring systems and support team would have a record of it.
We focus on maintaining honest feedback to help potential customers make informed decisions. Falsified reviews like this one undermine that process. If you believe this is a mistake and you do indeed have an account with us, we invite you to provide your server ID or client ID so we can investigate further. Otherwise, we will be forced to report this review for containing fraudulent information.

Good performance for price
My server is very popular and receives up to 30 players at a time on my survival gamemode. My server on the apect budget tier could easily handle those players with zero lag.
