Used Gatwick North Terminal. Both bus drivers were friendly and helpful. Decent price. Easy transfer. Car park well signposted and easy to find. Car came back in good condition, with no extra mileage.... Voir plus

We as a family have used APH at Birmingham many times. Last year we used them twice and at all times, the service has been excellent. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. They are very understanding and thoughtful, when we are flying out, we could be feeling excited and yet anxious, when returning, depending how the holiday went or the flight experience, staff at times try to make small talk, depending on the situation or help carry our luggage. Birmingham airport is not the closes to us but we choose to fly from there, other than the greater choice of flight but the easy to get parking at a very competitive price. We always choose APH Self Park at all time, we always feel safe to leave our car there and when traveling with them. Keep up the good work.

Bus driver asleep over wheel while waiting to drive us. On collection car had dints in wheel arch but had been parked so as to hide this part of the vehicle. Used this company for many years and they used to be reliable. Not any more

We booked a package to include the Elite Gatwick hotel.
The hotel was excellent and the service from the car park staff was first class.
We had a lovely welcome when dropping the car off and the pick up was superb, especially as it was 0230 when we text for collection.
A very prompt and efficient service and this will now be our go to company.

We have used APH for every holiday and would say every experience has been a positive one.
They are good value for money, they take good care of your car while you are away and the staff there are friendly and helpful. They are very efficient when you return from your holiday, you just drop them a text when you land and your car is waiting for you when you arrive at the carpark. They offer a free bus service to whatever terminal you want and the bus drivers and are friendly and helpful, helping you with your suitcase if you need it. Would recommend highly

We've used Manchester Airport APH Park and Ride for many years and have normally found them very good, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. After a long day travelling, we messaged as instructed to say we were ready for collection very late at night. We then waited at least 20 minutes in freezing temperatures. Eventually we had to call and chase them. It appeared they hadn't set off. From the initial message to actually arriving in their reception it took 45 minutes when this should have been closer to 20 minutes. What made the situation worse was the lack of customer service. There was no apology at all and the man on reception was very rude when we went to collet the car key. This was especially frustrating as there were no other customers waiting to be collected or taking to the airport at this time. Unfortunately the service does not appear to be as good as it used to be. I hope APH take this feedback on board, as this experience has made us consider using them again.

Just like to say how quick an efficient the service from APH was at Gatwick. Dave the driver was exceptional; loaded the cases and took them off the coach for us - five star service from departure and on arrival. Would recommend!!

Excellent service, i would highly recommend used them early boxing day morning and every one very friendly and cheerful and returned evening NYE again staff happy and cheerful, well priced for the service, 25 mins from parking car off to being outside the Gatwick North terminal,
Book early for the best prices it seems ,

Slick parking.. easy communication.. great collection and drop off.. friendly staff... would recommend and use again for sure. This was for Cardiff Airport ... we used The Highwayman car park...there's a pub on site serving food and clean facilities.

I’ve used APH dozens of times and am always impressed with how organised and reliable the service is. The price is very competitive. The bus drivers are usually friendly and even help people with their cases! I have used plenty of airport car parks but APH are my favourite hands down.

To be honest the service is good but I’m leaving a 1 star review because of the attitude of the staff they are all rude arrogant and bad mannered it is absolutely ridiculous we definitely won’t be using the service ever ever again when people are happy n excited because they are going away last thing you want is to deal with these lot in here. If you don’t like your job leave n do somert else no one forces you to be there there is no need fr it. Now you have lost us as a customer n I know 2 other people that don’t use you any more.

Absolutely amazing service! We booked another parking near Gatwick as we were going away for the weekend with my husband the flight was early in the morning, so when we went to the car park that we booked it was closed an no ine there and the phone we were given was switched off. Then we saw the APH we went there and were already running quite late for the flight they took our car straight away and even gave us a lift to the airport with one of their Vans rather than to wait for the bus absolutely amazing service we were just on time for the flight i cant thank them enough! it will be our regular place to use when we r travelling 🙏❤️

I needed to take a trip to Glasgow for work and decided to stay at Birmingham Airport the night before I flew.
The train times did not work for me so my plan was to drive to BHX, stay over and be ready for the early flight the following morning.
I did quite a lot of research into hotels and parking and found the costs to be out of my budget until I discovered APH who offered ‘parking/hotel packages’
I found one that suited my needs for just over £100 for a stay in the Hilton and Zone 2 parking.
The directions issues by APH to Zone 2 were perfect, the site manager was very pleasant and informative and there were plenty of of spaces.
I waited no longer than 5 mins for the shuttle bus which took me to Departures - a 5 mins bus ride.
Upon landing back into BHX the following afternoon, the bus eas waiting outside Arrivals and took me straight back to my parking spot
Super efficient all round
Tip. Use What3words to remember where you left your car. It will be much easier to find when you return

I booked a hotel,park and ride package at Heathrow.
When I arrived at the Thistle Heathrow Terminal 5 hotel the room was booked but no parking. The hotel said that they would waive the parking charge. I have just received a parking fine.
When I used the Heathrow Terminal 2 park and ride I followed the instructions and got a ticket. When I came to exit the prepaid ticket had no pre paid value. I had to pay for the parking. I have been contacting this company to get my money back for the parking charges against and ride parking charge and the parking fine.
The company claim that they are agents and will contact the company to help resolve the issue. You never hear from them again nor can you talk to anyone. Avoid this company they are scam

Staff damaged my car costing hundreds of pounds to repair right before Christmas, then refused liability or blame because I didn’t check it immediately when it was 9pm and dark. I will never use a service of this nature again and will be leaving bad reviews and photos wherever possible.

Excellent service, quick and easy to book, easy to find for drop off and collection. Very impressed. Only thing was car park charge getting in was £7.50 as expected, getting out of car park was £14.00. Would use service again at Heathrow.

i recently bought my 18 yr old daughter meet and greet at stansted for her first trip away using her own car to get to the airport. one of her questions....'do i need to pay anything? dont be silly its meet and greet. all paid for'
Stupid me. i hadnt read the finer print that said you have to pay the exit fee when leaving after picking up your car and have now been hit with a £100 fine. this company arent like all the other meet and greet companies ive ever used in the london area where you pay one price and its all included. dont get caught out like us!

I was amazed at the reasonable cost for short stay parking for 2 weeks at Aberdeen Airport . It was so convenient being able to walk across the road to collect our car after returning from holiday 2 weeks ago.
Everything worked like clockwork from the message on the entrance barrier saying welcome and my name and the barrier again lifted as we approached on exit. All seemless

I had to unfortunately cancel my car parking within 2 days of travel due to medical consultants advice of no travel. I contacted APH through their amend/cancel, and I had a full refund back into the account I used to pay originally, within 24 hours.
Thank you for your prompt and hassle free service at a time when I so needed such a service.

APH asked for my review through email and 3 weeks later i haven't heard anything back so its only fair to post it publicly.
The reception staff were nice and friendly, and so was the guy that helped jump start my car. However, my car battery shouldn’t have been dead in the first place (it’s a fairly new battery that still works perfectly 3 months later). When I arrived to the car the boot carpet had been placed wrong so I could tell the car had already been jumped once, after starting the car by jumping it again then the hazards where on (probably why the car died the second time). Another really shit thing to note is that a small teddy I keep in the drivers door card (gift from my grandmother) was on the floor underneath the tyre of the car beside mine. Lastly I tracked my car a couple of times using an AirTag whilst I was away and it appeared to be on the road and not in within the parking facilities… adding to my suspicion that things weren’t done properly.
