Guarantee not valid. Avoid.
I had 2 blinds fitted in October 2025, at a ridiculously high price, but wanted them to match some I had fitted in 2021.
The fabric of the new blinds is considerably thinner and my finger caught on one (not nail) when I was pushing it open and the fabric has torn.
Also while the blinds were fitted the fitter thought he should remove window sealer, which was unnecessary as I’d already done the job before he arrived, he managed to scratch the glass.
It’s taken a while to get a reply but they have decided it’s not their issue so forget any guarantee that mentions defective materials.
Call out fee £149 just to look at the blind.
Avoid!

Problem solved efficiently
We had to call Appeal Shading due to a cord on one of our blinds coming out of the rail and jamming the blind, Dariusz the original installer came and disassembled the blind and re threaded the cord, now works like new.
The service Dariusz gives is excellent he explains everything in such detail and explains why it happened and how not to let it happen again.
Highly recommended Dariusz to install your blinds.

Great Blinds
Blinds are obviously more robust than previous blinds. Dan was quick at fitting but very efficient, checking measurements as he went along. Very tidy and cleaning up before he left. Great Blinds,Great People.

Replacement blinds for conservatory
Went to Appeal for roof and window blinds for our conservatory nearly 20 years and decided it was time for a refresh. The process was well managed with timely appointments and clear documentation provided at each stage. This concluded with the installation today by Dan. He did a great job of fitting the replacement blinds leaving no evidence of the original fit, took time to explain their operation and check that we were happy with his work. Thoroughly recommended.

Very happy with the result
Very happy with the result. Can hardly see that the insect screens were fitted. The service from Alan Robinson who fitted the screens for us was excellent and we will certainly be back for more screens since Alan was great.
