Faith was pleasant, responsive and chased through my query to a successful resolution.

I had a question about the shower enclosure I just had fitted during a Bathroom revamp. I emailed Aqualux and received a phone call within minutes. My question was answered along with a couple of others that cropped up during discussion. I have been very pleased with the enclosure; it is functional and looks really smart. I bought an 8mm sliding door shower screen with end-panel. Amazing product but slightly disappointingly it was missing a part. Normally this would be a hassle and a pain. Not these guys. Nothing felt like it was too much trouble, the parts have been shipped and everything sorted to my satisfaction, with cracking communication. The product is good and the aftercare is amazing. Kudus to Richard Hunt and especially Saskia Adams who sorted everything.

I was missing some parts however speaking to the sales support teams - Richard. He was not just helpful and professional but brilliant in helping me get the parts I required!

The handle / towel rail on our shower screen broke off so you would think it would be easy and straightforward to replace it. None of the DIY retailers sell replacements individually, which eventually led me to continue the search myself. A code led me the Aqualux website where I found a screen resembling mine but not identical. I sent a message explaining my issue because I really didn't want to pay for a new screen just to replace the handle. I received a call and we eventually found the spare part which I've now ordered. It was exactly the service I needed from the start.

I had a shower fitted last year and my plumber was supposed to be chasing replacement parts that had broken. He didn't, so I rang with minimal information, but have been blown away by the willingness to help me with my issue. Tanya has been amazing in guiding me and sorting out my problem. Purchased this Aqualux Shower Enclosure from Screwfix, I contacted Richard Hunt at Aqualux first regarding a few questions I had and his response was outstanding. The product arrived within 2 days as promised and has been installed by myself (DiY'er) and my wife. The instructions do take a bit of understanding and a video would have been helpful but with some common sense we got the job done and it looks great, very pleased. Just waiting for the silicon to go off (giving it circa 40hrs), cant wait to use it this morning.

Spoke to Faith and Richard Hunt regarding replacement seals for a shower cubicle and without there help i was pulling my hair out, the customer service from them both was excellent and would recommend Aqualux service.

I contacted Aqualux about the availability of some spare parts for our shower and got a very prompt reply from Faith asking me for more information to identify the shower model. Once I had supplied her with this information, she provided me with a link to order the parts. A very efficient and friendly service.

Contacted Aqualux to ask a number of questions about one of their shower doors stocked by Screwfix. Faith went above and beyond to respond almost instantly to my emails and provide photos and diagrams of the door in question. With customer service like that, I had no hesitation in ordering the door from Screwfix.

I have a Aqualux Origin 8 Shower enclosure and needed the part number of the seal Kit and some trim
Emailed a Lady called Faith and she helped get me the correct part numbers and I ordered them up, quick and painless. A good back up team.

I wasn’t sure how to put the shower screen up to start with, but I asked for help via email, was very happy that I received a response within a few hours, after a few emails backwards and forwards I had the screen up. Great service received, thank you, would definitely recommend

Was looking for some spare parts for our shower, have ordered from Aqualux before so knew they had what I needed and was great service. Unfortunately our shower is a bit old so the parts were out of stock. Had several emails back and forth with Faith out of Sales Support and figured out the parts were discontinued. However, she was very knowledgeable on the parts, getting our shower/glass codes and she led me through the process of figuring out alternative parts that might fit. In the end, we are not sure if it will be 100% fit on the parts but the service from Faith was excellent and I think we have a good chance of success. Thanks!

I have purchased a beautiful walk in shower from Aqualux which I am extremely pleased with. As I live on the Isle of Man, during the course of the purchase and delivery, I had need of some extra help from customer services. I had the very good fortune to approach Faith White from Sales Admin. She immediately sorted all of my problems out and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I purchased a centre fold shower door 3 years ago which worked well but recently the bottom slider broke, it is not something which can be repaired so Aqualux are sending a new door free of charge under the lifetime guarantee. Thank you Richard.
