Have been enjoying their excellent service now for several years. Highly recommend as another good way of protecting the environment.

I have been using Arcadia for about 6 years now-- 3 in California, 3 here in Florida where I am now. I love the service, and I am particularly pleased that I have a way to support our national transition to green energy.

it was easy and fast to sign up. And it really does save you money and you were hoping for a clean environment and future.

My comed bill was $0 but Arcadia snuck in $206 of solar farm credits before I figured out their scam.

Excellent experience for several years. Very courteous and they send excellent data regarding usage.

Fraud! Inadvertently created an account and they have no way to cancel it and nobody answers calls or emails. I will dispute the charge of $113 that they charged to my credit card. DO NOT USE THEM!

Great service, easy to use and doing good for the environment

I’m pretty happy with Arcadia. My only complaint is that with National Grift, I can get a budget plan, but not Arcadia.

I have been using them for about two years now, and know I am getting a good price for more sustainable energy. They make it all so convenient too. I can now just have my bill charged to my credit card each month with no additional fee, unlike the utility companies.

I like that Arcadia Power gives me the opportunity to use renewable power at my home. I like supporting renewable energy.

I love being connected up with wind power. One thing I don't understand in my FL electric bill is that it swings drastically from month to month. For 2 months in a row it might be $50 or less, then the next month it will be almost $100. I know Duke Energy has something to do with this, but I don't know what. Can you inform me why this happens? thanks. So any answers to my question????

I love being 100% wind powered! Arcadia has always been reliable and I have never had a single problem.

I’ve been with Arcadia for about a year and have seen a significant decrease in my electric bills. I feel confident knowing that they will look for the best deals on electric for me so I have one less thing to worry about. I’m so glad I found them. They also offer a wind power option which I use to help me feel better about my electric consumption. I recommend them frequently to friends and family. You should sign up for them too!
