Fast and easy!

I can't be happier! I have been a foster for kittens for a number of seasons, and the bottles last but the nipples do not. Arcata had the nipples alone for a reasonable price and shipped them in a timely fashion. I'm extremely pleased with my transaction!

All my Cocker Spaniels --over 25 years--will only play with one type of ball--Penn Plax Rubber sport balls. Can't find locally so order 6 at a time from Arcata Pet in CA. They have exactly the colors and price and ship them asap. Great service. So happy to find these.

Apparently I has put my credit card info in incorrectly, and while I was lead to believe the transaction went through, customer service emailed me the next day to let me know there was a problem. I'm glad they did, as I was needing my order in a rush for a sick chicken. I received the order in two days, treated my chicken, and she is doing just fine now!

I accidentally ordered two items and completed the transaction before realizing my error. I sent an email a few minutes after the order to request a cancellation of the duplicate item and Chris Kellawan the Sales Manager updated my order same day! Excellent Service.
