ArcataPet.com Avis

Was looking for vitamins for my birds, normally pay 25$ a bottle found them at ArcataPet ordered half the price then at bird store had them in 2 days. Excellent service!

I bought the divider for our geckos, and not only the offering experience was quick and easy, but the product was shipped immediately.

This pet divider was made for aquariums, to divide fish, but we bought it for our geckos, and it works perfectly in our 10 gallon terrarium. We had to modify the top with some chopsticks and aluminum foil, because unlike fish, our geckos did climb over it... 😁🐊🐊 I wish you had one made for reptiles, but this works. Thank you!

THE DOG FOOD I ORDERED WAS GREAT. THE PRICE I PAID WAS 79.99 FOR A 25 LB. BAG. WHEN I WENT TO CHECK THE PRICE THE OTHER DAY FOR THE SAME FOOD IT WENT UP TO $90.00 FOR A 25 LB. BAG OF DOG FOOD. FOR THAT PRICE I WILL NOT PAY. SORRY THAT I WON'T BE BUYING ARCANA 25 LB. DOG FOOD FOR THAT KIND OF PRICE.

I had a great experience with Arcata Pet. The sales manager quickly responded to a question I had about a product. My order was sent out on the day I placed the order and arrived two days later. I would definitely shop here again.

My six cats are escape artists about collars. I got them Beastie bands with Velcro closures. So far, they work. I chose patterns to match their personalities, from Cool Cat to Chinese Dragons. The package arrived one day early and contained the right collars. I'm thrilled and so are Hoover, Lincoln, Chase, Zen, Magus and T2.

I was very pleased with the checkout process, shipping, and the cost. I will be using them again.

I'm really glad they carry Bixbi Joints for Dogs and Cats. It's a great product that really works.
I like the security and ease of paying through PayPal, as well.

I got this so fast I thought it was something else I ordered from another company that still hasn't showed up! This collar was exactly what I was looking for. My dog is 15-years-old and walks right behind me. I just needed something like this for when the dog catcher drives down the street! I'll also use this with our new puppy when we go on hikes this summer. Great product.

I had received one as a gift a little more than a year ago. The link holding the schnauzer face broke and I had to replace it right away. I ordered and received a new one! The craftsmanship and price of this item are outstanding. Just watch that one link.

Ordered some Jungle Dawn LED's from here as my normal retailers were back-ordered. They arrived well packaged very quickly.

My order shipped fast and arrived in good time. Item ordered was exactly as described, and worked for leading my 120# great dane.

I was trawling the internet for a few days for Jungle Dawn LEDs, and I came across ArcataPet's store. A few weeks ago I ordered one just to "test the water"... it came within a few days of ordering it, which really surprised me. I loved the light, and soon after I put in an order for another two that came just as quickly.

I was chuffed at the quick service, which is why I became a repeat customer. Keep up the great work!

All 3 of my dogs got cancer. I decided to make my own dog food with people grade products and all natural supplements. I started using UpCo bone meal several months ago. Bone meal was recommended as an additive by my vet.

I have been buying this product from Amazon but was unable to get it when I needed it. I decided to check out the supplier's website. Turned out to be cheaper than Amazon so I will be ordering direct from now on.

I called trying to locate a can dog food that the formula had recently changed. They were able to provide me with the original formula. Chris was very helpful in checking to make sure that they indeed had the original one that I was looking for. He even pointed out that it would be cheaper to buy the case. So glad I found this company. Items were shipped out the same day and I received them super fast.

Ordered online. Order was quick and complete and it was easy to track my order. I would order from Arcata pet again without any reservations.

Excellant service and they stand by the product.

Very excited to find this site. I'm satisfied with the prices and quality of the products.

Fast, friendly service, great price, arrived very quickly even all the way across the country (in Georgia) via regular mail. Product was as expected, I will defiantly use this company again.

Received product in timely manner. Great product and service!

I have ordered dogs toys from this same company two times. Both times have been amazing! Super fast shipping. I always get different colors and my pups are always happy. I will tell everyone I know to order from ArcataPets. I will be a faithful customer from now on. I love this company! Just amazing!
