ArcataPet.com Avis

I had a small bird cage part to replace. I experienced quick & easy ordering. The item was received promptly. I have no problems to report.

Great company great prices and super fast shipping. Will be purchasing from again in the future!

I highly recommend Arcatapet.com their customer service is very impressive and the items I have ordered from them are excellent. Shipping is very fast as well. This is the second order I have placed with them for bowls that fit my parrot cages. I had searched high and low for bowls that fit and I am so happy that I finally found them. This company rocks!

They had really fast shipping and the product is excellent. Much better than normal bottle nipples. Hope I can save more kittens now with this version!

I had an excellent experience with Arcata. I ordered some miracle nipples and oral syringes to feed an orphaned squirrel. I had ordered them separately and then asked in the comments section for them to be shipped together to save on shipping. There was a slight mix up but Arcata corrected it immediately after I emailed them and even let me keep the extra set of nipples just to make it right. It is so refreshing that a company reacts so quickly and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy! I would definitely recommend this company!

I purchased a pewter key chain "I Love My Chihuahua". Which is rather hard to find. I received exactly what I was looking for and the delivery was super quick. I would highly recommend this company. High quality you can trust.

After literally hours of research, I found exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of similar things, but none a perfect match. Excellent service and very prompt. Will definitely look here again. I highly recommend this selleroover

I was looking for a vest with a handle on top to walk my blind English
Labrador Retriever. I found one, but it was double the price and
bulky. I saw this one quite by accident, and it was exactly what I was
looking for. So I ordered, it came quickly, great quality fits perfectly, and now we can walk around the lake again. Thank you so much. Will
certainly order again as need arises. Thanks so very much. Made me
and my Lab really happy!!

I have ordered from this company twice. Great product and super fast shipping
!

The best ordering and customer service to date from any online ordering I've done to date.keep the great work up !

Aracta Pet.com was incredible to work with. I found them on my phone when searching for a garden flag with a picture of a Welch Corgi. I order it online and it came within a matter of three days. It made me so happy! Thank you Arcata Pet!

Arcata had my Koi fish's favorite food in stock at a great price. I ordered online and the shipment arrived quickly. When I opened the container and discovered the manufacturer had mistakenly placed the wrong product inside, I contacted Arcata, who contacted the manufacturer, and quickly got me a replacement. I was extremely pleased with the very prompt, courteous and professional customer service I received. I would definitely shop again!

Outstanding job of answering E-mail and shipping of products. Recommend this company to any one who needs pet products shipped to your home.

I have been looking locally for the bird cage dishes I need and found them at Arcatapet. Good prices and fast service.
Thank you Arcatapet.

I order Lori food and always find Arcata to be customer oriented with product in stock, easy online ordering and notifications ...

Products from ArcataPet.com are always promptly shipped, carefully packaged and are as advertised.

I have been looking for a source fro EVO cat food since it's been more challenging lately to find. Chewy.com told me that EVO is now only distributing to retailers with bricks and mortar presence and I looked for a trustworthy supplier. From Vermont, I was not expecting to find one in California but Arcata had fair shipping policies, friendly customer service, and immediate turnaround of my order (on a Sunday!) which made them very competitive with a larger retailer like Chewy. I was very impressed with the experience of purchasing cat food from Arcata Pet.

Great customer service. Will recommend this company to other bird parents.

They shipped right away and had my purchase long before I expected it to get here. California to Florida 3 days.
