Weekly check-ins with our account manager has made the relationship side so easy. Any issues are dealt with in a few days, anything urgent is addressed as quickly as possible with a catch-up in the weekly call.

Terrible service. I ordered a pair of Mascot work trousers during their recent Mascot promotion. Despite these products being sold through their Belfast branch in Northern Ireland, delivery to Northern Ireland was refused – which I only discovered after chasing for a dispatch update over a week later.

I contacted online chat and spoke with Lucy, whose customer service was very disappointing. There was no apology for the delay or inconvenience and no attempt to offer an alternative solution or assistance.

Very frustrating experience and not what I would expect when placing an order in good faith.

Do not order from this company unless you have to, and definitely don’t order if you think you might want to return something. I have tried 5 times to get a returns label,yes that’s right just a bloody label emailed to me. I’m sure the staff are only trying to do their jobs but why have a contract with FedX if they are so problematic. Obviously I’m hoping this will still be resolved but I never going to order from them again.

** 28th November. Still waiting for complaints team to respond. Please do not order from this company.
** 29th November. This hopefully has been resolved, thank you Toni as I now have a label. The software problem with the address should obviously be common knowledge with all staff and I hope any training reflects this.
Just the refund to go now.

I have recently had my IRATA course done at ARCO and I can say I am more than happy with the way I was trained and assessed. I will go back there any time.

Quick delivery. good product.

It's been a week. I've been chasing for my ticket. I've done, passed the course. I got told i could get the ticket the next day as mine has run out/expired. I've lost a weeks wages due to the non caring attitude. I've called over 20 times and been promised call back that have never happened. I've been given 3 different numbers and they haven't helped one bit. I've actually gone and booked into somewhere else provisionally as I've explained my situation and they have said I'd get my ticket straight away. Very helpful. I'll just have to try and get my money back

We've used Arco for training and equipment and found the company to be professional and helpful when we've sought advice. Good locations also helps keep costs down when looking for local training.

Do to covid19 our Swansea store where I normally purchase work wear for my husband remained closed, so I had to buy clothes online. People who served me over the phone were very polite, pleasant and helpful. Service was excellent , couldn't have asked for better service. Goods arrived next day .
