Arcticspastore.com is the online store for Arctic Spa parts, filters, jets, control panels and accessories. We focus on providing all products and accessories for every Arctic Spa owner no matter where you live. I started Arctic Spas Utah in 1989 as a spa service company. I was still in high school at the time. In fact since I was not 18, I had to have my mom get my first business license. I lived near Park City, UT, probably one of the highest per capita locations for hot tubs in the world. There was plenty of spa service needed. In 1996 my dad told me that I would be doing the same thing forever unless I opened up a store. With his help, we opened our Park City store. A couple years later, I found the perfect spa. We started selling the Arctic Spa in 1998 and were drawn to the design for the cold climates. The following year we opened our Salt Lake Store. Over the years we have received many awards including Arctic Spa Dealer of the Year and Arctic Spa Service Dealer of the Year. We are also an accredited with the BBB with an A+ rating as well as being spasearch.org certified.

We apologize if you were never notified, we normally send an email if we have an item on backorder. We are currently waiting for the smaller PeakII filter from the factory. Our order of filters is on it's way and we should receive them this week. As soon as we receive the missing filters, we'll get your shipment out right away and you will receive an email with the tracking info.

It's good to have a web site to get parts for my spa but it takes forever to get jets
When the jets go bad (break) it"s nice to be able to replace it in a more like weeks not months.

Sorry for the delay in getting your jets shipped to you. The jet you ordered was a special order item. Usually it does not take this long to get it in. We do have the single pulse (1 nozzle) version in stock that we can ship out to your immediately if you would like to switch. Let me know.

The unstained cedar products are special order items that have to be specially ordered from the factory in Canada. It can sometimes take a little longer for us to receive the unstained products since they have to be custom built for each order. We apologize for the delay, but your unstained storage steps are on order from the factory and will be shipped to you as soon as we receive them.
Responsive and Knowledgable!
I live on the East Coast and I use Arctic Spa's from Utah as my primary provider for parts and supply's. When I order supplies they are shipped promptly and when I need help troubleshooting something they know what they are talking about and are very friendly.

Everytime I have placed an order with Arctic Spa Store I have received superb service. My latest order is no exception. I ordered replacement pillows for my 2006 spa and through the efforts of Brett, I have the replacement pillows I needed.
