TWICE in the last month they couldn't even run the first bus.of the day on time. One didn't show at all when it showed online it was coming and the 2nd 110 service left early stranding the 4 people on my first bus into Wakefield who were getting on it because it left early...it's 5.45am...your drivers literally go round so quick they have to deliberately stop and take breaks to keep it running at the time it should be at. An absolutely disgusting company, incompetent drivers, you don't want your drivers to receive abuse then maybe train them to do the actual job.

We absolutely love Arrivia. it’s the first place we check anytime we’re booking travel now. We’ve used it for hotels and a few quick getaways and keep being impressed by how much cheaper it is compared to other sites. the savings arent just a one time thing either they show up again and again.
The whole experience from the start was great. The presentation was straightforward, about an hour like they said, and very low pressure. Everyone we worked with was friendly and honest, which made us feel comfortable moving forward. Once you actually start using the membership, the value really becomes obvious.
If you travel regularly and actually take advantage of it, this just works. We’re really glad we joined.

I have been contacted twice to attend a zoom for a free cruise on a prominent cruise line. After agreeing you receive an email from Alohahawaiitours. The first question is your age, the second your income. During the zoom, attendees were called out for not paying attention. I was disconnected from both zooms, not sure why, of course no explanation is given, just you have been removed. This time I did find out the company name is Arrivia. This is not a timeshare, it is a membership program. Be careful, read very carefully all contracts they want you to sign. This is an up front purchase with a yearly account fee. I would recommend if you receive a message from this company, you immediately hit delete.

This company is phenomenal. Been a member for 2 years. At first it seems a little off because their website is simple... but it's because it's a private membership... no ads and whatnot.... but the savings are amazing. No, not every single hotel is an unbelievable deal... but there are a LOT of unbelievable deals. I've saved a couple hundred here and there... but also a couple thousand here and there! I think some of these other reviews are just people who you simply can't make happy whatsoever. This is a long term, book all of your travel type of membership. Over time, the savings are just ridiculous. Membership easily pays for itself and you're always guaranteed the best price. Can't beat it.

Not happy about wasting my time on the webinar. The membership is too expensive, and the savings are too little. That would be OK because I won't be buying it, but: The "gift" promised for sitting through the webinar is not worth it at all. "Free hotel" is only free after you pay a $40-$85/night "taxes and fees". I checked several of the locations on Airbnb. "Free" means a saving of 0-50% over the cost of an Airbnb in all these cases (yes including their taxes and cleaning fees). I was not able to activate the second gift, travel savings, one webpage says the code is registered, the other one says the membership is inactive, but I think it is time to stop trying.

My Experience was not great this company is a joke and it is a gimmick. They sent me a message wanting my to do listen to demo of there travel company. They said if did the demo I would get a Free trip. I had 4 to choose from. I took Hawaii is was something like 4nights 5days not quite sure now. But I even ask if there was a gimmick to get the trip and they said NO all you have to do is listen to are whole demo which was 45min long. So my app. was on 1-6-26 at 1:30pm on my internet computor. I listened to the whole thing and guess what. There was a gimmick they where wanting you to buy into there company.(It was not cheap in my book) So then they sent me to this Lady who tryed to get me use to buy into it and I said NO a lot of times. Well guess what after all that she said she would send us are free trip in our e-mail information. And we have never gotten anything. Just wondering there where 4 other people on that chat. Wonder if they got there? What a joke this company is.

I attended a 45-minute travel presentation hosted via Zoom, where participants were promised a 5-day cruise voucher in exchange for attending. The process included verifying personal information before the presentation, with the requirement to remain on camera and microphone throughout. After the presentation and a personalized sales pitch, I was transferred to the "gifting" department to confirm my email for voucher delivery—but I never received it.
After researching reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue. Arrivia deflects responsibility, blaming a third-party travel provider, yet continues to partner with them. This raises serious concerns about Arrivia’s integrity and business practices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend engaging with this company.

If I could give this negative stars I would!! They fast talk you into buying something and financing it. Not even 36 hours later I tried to cancel and they refused my request!! THE WORST! Read the reviews before being suckered into it. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

The customer service is horrible and they absolutely tricked me…. I tried to cancel after trying three times to plan a vacation where it didn’t save me barely any money.. it saved me like $200 on a week vacation which was ridiculous. Anyway I tried to cancel after that and they are now telling me I cannot cancel.

Was sent a prmotional card from Arrivia to attend a zoom 1 hour presentationwith my dignificant other. By attending we would receive a complimentary 3, 5,or 7 night cruise for 2 adults aboard our choice of major cruise lines: Carnival. Royal Caribbean & Norwegian- logos on their promotional postcard. Call today to RSVP. We did call on Thursday May 22nd & attended their Zoom SalesPresentation on Friday May 23. It is now Wednesday May 28th and no trip voucher emailed as promised. I have called 2 times and been given their voucher department email address and sent 2 emails with no response. There has been no response from Arrivia whatsoever.
They will not call you back
I requested a call, through the chat, several times and didn’t receive one until 3 weeks later after I told them I was going to the BBB, which I did. They are dishonest by stating you will get a call in 24 hrs. Making a change to flight reservations is time sensitive so the longer you wait for a rep to respond, the greater the chance you will miss out on getting refunded. Especially because you cannot modify your reservation independently. I’d say the savings are not worth it for the poor customer service and unethical practice.

STAY CLEAR of this company!!!! EPIC JOURNEYS (Florida) travel benefits and membership are fulfilled by Arrivia is nothing but a scam operation. My husband and I attended a Zoom presentation and we decided that we would take a look at it, but they told us we had up to 3 days to finalize our decision before we were charged. So after reviewing the program we decided to cancel within the 3 day timeframe. I called and spoke with Operations Manager of Customer Service, Fernando, and he confirmed that they received my cancellation timely. Yet when my cc statement came 3 weeks later they charged me the full membership. Since then I have contacted Fernando at least 3 times and he has been giving me all these lame reasons as to why it happened and that he has emailed his superiors to issue a refund. I have asked if I could get the contact info for the Billing department & he replied we can’t give that information outside as Nydia is swamped with calls…hmmm I wonder why??? I sent another email asking for my refund and NOONE has returned my emails….not a one. So I told Fernando that if I didn’t her from him, that I would post my experience on the website, all he said was ‘I understand, I would be upset too”.
When I called my CC company to dispute the charge they looked up the Member Svcs telephone number listed on my statement, &. they immediately told me that it was a SCAM and that it came back “Business Services not elsewhere classified”. So I had to cancel my CC so that they couldn’t charge anything else…..SO YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
Thank goodness we didn’t go forward with them!!!! I will never attend another one of these SCAM presentations again!!!!!

Never going to work in this organisation. Never going to recommend anyone to work in this organisation. The management is pathetic. They hire staff on less salary even if we ask for hike on last drawn salary. They terminate staff whenever they require without any notice and all with false claims. I have given my 100 percent to this organisation, but still I got fired from this organisation because of the management's dirty politics.
