I have just received a replacement complete NUX C-5RC guitar wireless system promptly from Artist Guitars. The receiver was malfunctioning but due to its age I wasn't really expecting any replacement, let alone the whole system to be replaced considering its age and considering the transmitter unit had already been replaced outside the warranty period!! It is really refreshing, at this time most companies seem intent on 'price gouging' without remorse, that some companies still treasure their reputation and the reputation of their product range!! Suffice to say I will pass this experience on to other members in my various music clubs.

Dealing online with Artist Guitars has been a hassle free experience. The sales team always answer my emails and attend to enquiries very promptly.
Now for their products: I can honestly write that Artist Guitars sell good quality/value products at an extremely reasonable price delivered in a timely manner.
In the not so distant future I will certainly be purchasing more items from them.

I can't fault the company at all. From the get-go they have been absolutely focussed on delivering excellent customer service. The guitar far exceeds my expectations. I was expecting "good" but I got "exceptional". Plays brilliantly, stunningly good looking, lovely neck. I don't know why anyone would buy an Epiphone and for the price, this guitar is supremely good value. I also bought a case with it and that's excellent quality as well. I saved so much, I am going to pre-order another one this week.

I ordered the wrong product online, spoke to the customer service to ask for a refund, and was blown away by how smooth and easy the whole process is, which even covered the return shipping costs. The staff were nothing but helpful, casted absolutely no judgment even though I was the one at fault. Unfortunately they didn’t have a substitute product I could get this time, but I would definitely shop here again if any future need arises.

Amazing. The best experience I’ve ever had buying a guitar

I have bought many guitars from Artist guitars. Electric Acoustic Tenor 12 String ad Nauseum… been playing 25 Years still a weekend warrior… Played a heap of high end Guitars and although they are beautiful instruments all my Artist guitars are good enough for me. No one has ever said to me in a band or session to pull my head in. Great guitars and best service company in Aus. Pete Cahill🎶

Have brought a Les Paul style guitar and a Jazz Bass, the quality is unbelievably fantastic, the both look and feel like far more expensive instruments. The quality of worksmanship is fantastic. The toggle at top of the real les pauls often are too loose and need to be switched out, with Artist, the toggle was perfect & stable. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Amazing customer service from artist guitars! Replaced a guitar that I’d bought for my grandson 2 years down the line, with the next size up, within 5 days of receiving my initial request. Great guitar, good value but best of all, fantastic customer service! Definitely would use again and recommend!

I have purchased from Artist Guitars on 166 occasions over the past eight years (yes, that's an exact count of all my orders, which have ranged from small items like picks/strings/leads/capos through to higher-end guitars/basses/amps/etc.) Their product quality is consistently very good, their prices are reasonable, and their customer service (probably their stand-out feature) is absolutely first-class. If you ever have a problem (and that's been pretty rare), they fix it fast, and to your complete satisfaction. In short, the only time I buy elsewhere is when Artist don't sell the brand I want e.g. Fender. Many larger Aussie companies could learn quite a bit from observing how Artist Guitars treats its customers.

We have bought beginner bass guitars up to high tech amps..great after sales service and products at very competitive prices. Writing this while my son is jamming away on his new NU-X amp which arrived 2 days after ordering..
