Think twice before you buy!

I bought a USB-C cable to connect a monitor. From time to time the screen went black for a few seconds. I returned the cable the same day. Instead of replacing it, they told me it had to be sent for inspection first! This means up to 30-day delay. "Great success - I will wait for sure and will not go to another store to buy a working cable." What use is a replacement cable when it comes back from warranty weeks later?

Very disappointing handling of a simple accessory that failed immediately. Never will I buy anything from them again.

Extremely disappointing experience

My experience with Arvutitark was nothing short of frustrating. I purchased a product from them and when an issue appeared, I expected at least a fair and honest handling of the situation. Instead, I was met with vague answers, slow responses, and a feeling that they were doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility.

I provided all the information I could — including a clear descriptions of the problem — yet nothing was taken seriously. The whole process felt like an exhausting runaround, and at no point did I feel supported as a customer.

Even though the dispute didn’t go in my favor, it doesn’t change how poorly the entire situation was handled. The communication was cold, unhelpful, and left me with zero confidence in this company.

I won’t be buying from Arvutitark again. If you value proper customer service and fair treatment, I would strongly consider looking elsewhere.

Very disappointing delivery experience.
The original estimate was roughly one week, but after I completed the order they postponed delivery by at least another week without explanation or notice.

shipping times

Ordered a few things for my setup a while ago. The site said delivery would take 2 days — guess what, it didn’t. Waited a few more days and called them. They told me the package should go out that day or, at the latest, in 3 more days. Well, it’s been more than 3 days again, and I’m still waiting.

Customer service was polite and tried to help, but the shipping delays are ridiculous. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend ordering from them if you need your stuff on time.

its very good, its one of the few places in estonia where you can buy computer components. lots of stuff is much cheaper than anywhere else, even cheaper than in America (the stuff there should be way cheaper because they dont need to pay taxes) delivery is nice, quick. I bought from them many times overall its a great company

Used to be a good place where to buy…

Used to be a good place where to buy electronics during 2020-2022 but lately it has gotten really bad. Bought a UPS for my computer it took them 3 weeks to deliver when the estimate was 2 days. Also tried buying a monitor, after i had made the payment i got a gmail the next day that the monitor is out of stock and i had to wait 6 days to get my money back.
If you need something fast dont buy from arvutitark

Probably best in Estonia

Got my ordered PS5 (and PS5 controller I ordered a few days later) very quickly. Customer support has been helpful and professional every time I've ordered. Prices are also cheaper than most bigger electronics stores (like Euronics). Recommended.

Can't trust shipping estimates!

Can't trust shipping estimates from this company. Had to wait 2.5 weeks for a CPU-Cooler I ordered. Initially, the maximum shipping time given was 10 working days. I was building a computer as a birthday gift and shipping time slipped day by day. Could not deliver computer on time. Also, this happens repeatedly if you order items that are not in stock. One customer service guy blamed the shipping delay on the upcoming Christmas time (order started on 12 November). No apology. Their strategy on these issues is to deal with it or to go f*** yourself, at least this is how I felt. Avoid!

I bought HP Omen 40L computers 2 months ago and one of them stopped working after 20 days. I took it to the Ulemiste store because they took care of delivering it to HP support.

They kept me waiting 1 month. They said it was the motherboard and that they would change it. You have to insist for them to give you an answer.

At the end, after a month, they tell me that it is already repaired and that I can pick it up. I take it and connect it and I see that the equipment is exactly the same as how I delivered it, it had not been repaired and they had not even touched it. Had the same error.

I write to them and they tell me that they took it to the official service and that it was repaired. ABSOLUTE LIE! They tell me to take him back, hahahahaha, to laugh at others.

I had bought 2 HP computers and some accessories and we were planning to buy at least 6 more computers here. Good thing we didn't!

If you want to go through the same thing, don't even think about buying in any ARVUTITARK store!

PS: I'm not the only one, you just have to read all the negative reviews here and on other sites, and there are many customers with similar problems

Better buy from professionals.

If you want to spend 1200 Euros for a computer just to upack it at home and realize it does not even have WIFI and Bluetooth built in then you have come to the right place. If however you expect in the year 2022 this to be built in like four wheels come with a car then you must go someplace else.

I will not recommend this company to…

I will not recommend this company to anyone. Rude customer-service. who blames the customer for receiving a brand new but defect product, because ''Robots don't make mistakes.''. Also refusing to communicate in English with non-native customers.
Having to use damn google translate to even communicate with them, is just not good enough. I know they speak English perfectly, as the first emails were in English, as well as the guy on the phone, yet when the customer points out that there is an issue, they suddenly refuse to answer in English any longer. Their response was basically: ''If you are not happy, sue us.'' Now, that is some 'South Park' level ridiculous customer support attitude.
