Ordered some glasses and heard nothing. Only when I contacted them did they tell me they had no stock. Very frustrating

Having heard nothing about my order for…
Having heard nothing about my order for 2 weeks I phoned and was told that the decanter would not be ready for 6 months but the glasses were available. I asked for the glasses to be delivered and for the money for decanter to be refunded. So far no glasses and money has been taken from my account. Really poor performance so far

Why am i receiving a riedel amadeo decanter in a NOT FOR RESALE box. I have had enough excuses made by your part time customer service Ms L . Please explain to me here. Why isn’t the riedel amadeo decanter come in the original black box . It has a scratch on the inside of the decanter . Not just the box isn’t the original, the content itself - riedel amadeo decanter isn’t the quality of ORIGINAL. This is a complete false advertising, misrepresentation . Great Service from Ascot's
Was left high and dry by another company and needed to get some wine glasses for a group wine tasting ASAP. Their team member were quick to respond and were able to tell me the amount of stock they had straight away and organised same day delivery which saved the event. I will definitely be using Ascot again in the future. I was particularly impressed by Lauren, one of their sales team who was very professional and really cared about solving my problem.
