I have repeatedly requested that my number be removed from your contact list, yet I continue to receive multiple calls. This shows a clear disregard for customer boundaries and personal space.

During these calls, even when I politely ask the caller to end the conversation, they persist with unnecessary and irrelevant questions. While I understand the pressures faced by sales staff, this approach is excessive and counterproductive.

A basic standard of professionalism is to respect a customer’s request. If a customer asks not to be contacted, that request should be honoured immediately.

Please remove my number from your system and ensure that “no” is accepted as a final answer. This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on your organisation.

3 Months in and a great experience so far. They've helped increase my sales while simultaneously lowering my tacos. I've worked with quite a few agencies and they've actually accomplished what they claimed. Super skeptical at first but I was tired of the agency I was working with prior. They provide suggestions beyond ppc which has help drive general brand improvement as well as expansion into international markets.

I had a successful Amazon PPC campaign with a consistent ROAS between 3.7 and 4 month after month before working with Asteroid X. Partnering with them was, unfortunately, a huge mistake.

I was promised a UK-based account manager and an AI-driven strategy, but what I actually got was a basic Excel-based setup and an account manager working on Eastern Time (likely based in India) — not in the UK as advertised.

Within a short time, they burned through thousands of pounds of my ad budget and completely derailed my campaign performance. When I confronted them about the poor results, I was told they needed 90 days to “fix” things — even though they had already undone months of steady, successful work.

They lacked both urgency and knowledge in handling an Amazon PPC account, showing little understanding of optimization or performance management.

If your campaigns are already performing well, avoid Asteroid X. They’ll waste your time, your budget, and your hard-earned momentum.

I hired AsteroidX about a year and a half ago to manage my company's Amazon ad campaigns, and could not be happier with their attention to detail and work ethic. Udit and Ayesha have been great in making adjustments based on trends and are very knowledgeable. Due to their efforts, my company had record sales last month. Would recommend to anybody selling on Amazon.

Absolutely sick and tired of this company spamming us with phone calls from different numbers. They’ve been spamming us for over a year and each time we block their number and they ring back from another number.
