So I have been looking for specific tool to repair my hot tub and low and behold the company popped up Opentip, at first I thought hmm weird name but I'll give it a try oder 2 of the tool I needed and a few day later I received my order for a great price and supper fast delivery, great product and it had a couple new revisions ,even better than the old design, very happy with my purchase and product and delivery, low price dint hurt either considering no one else stock it. Great place to purchase. Supper fast delivery, great price. A +++ seller thanks

I purchased an item that showed up damaged! I followed there online process for a refund and they will not respond! BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE! This company selling through WALMART is scamming and misleading customers. Totally price gouging- charged $27 for a 1.6 ounce packet of Tuna fish. I reached out and they did absolutely nothing. Just awful customer service and rip off!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely THE WORST company to do business with - BIGGEST mistake taking a chance on them. I purchased an item October 1 (from Opentip.com) to be recieved by October 9 and received an email the day before the expected delivery stating that the item was on "back order" even though it didnt show that when i purchased it. They stated the new eta was Oct 15 and how did i was to proceed. When you clicked on the item # (linked to the purchased product), it was listed as "discontinued", not "out of stock" so i requested a refund (which they provided as an option in the email I received). I WISH I would have seen these reviews BEFORE I had made this purchase. They are ARGUING with me about refunding me for an item that, whether "discontinued" or "out of stock" they do not have and have not shipped! This is absolutely absurd! What a ridiculous way to conduct business! How are they even allowed?! Ill be filing a report with BBB as well as Consumer Affairs in regards to this experience. STAY AWAY!!!

ATAFA, I ordered a small item and cancelled the next day. ATAFA responded that they overlooked my cancellation and gave me a tracking number. Third day ATAFA charged my PayPal. It is now a full 7 days USPS "Currently Awaiting Package". No refund no product. The only bright spot here is that ATAFA is a Walmart supplier so if I never get the package I will get a full refund.

This company is awful. I bought an item through walmart.com. The reseller (ATAFA) that walmart went through shipped my item to the wrong address, in another state. ATAFA wouldn't speak to me at all to rectify the situation.

They lied about the shipping dates and gave me weeks worth of hassle. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They have no idea how to run a proper business.

The seller lied about the ship date and was reluctant to give me a tracking number until a week after the "supposed" ship date. Tuens out they didnt even ship the things until a week after the shipping confirmation! The customer representative was very unhelpful as well.

I ordered 1 dozen silicon wristbands for a child's birthday party. The web site I may not get every color, even thought they depict every color in the dozen they show. So to be safe, I ordered 2 dozen, to ensure I would get a t least one of each color. After paying $9.25 for standard 3-5 day shipping (more than the 2 dozen bracelets), I received my order and got no red, yellow or orange bracelets. I did, of course, get 4 black, 6 blue, 4 purple and 2 of the other colors. I contacted the company and was told, sorry, there is no guarantee of color but that I could order another dozen in hop0es I might get an orange, red or yellow bracelet. Are you kidding? This company rips you off on shipping and then rips you off on what they send. DO NOT :BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY! FRAUD ALERT! Atafa is the worst online seller I've ever dealt with. First off, they do NOT have the products in stock that they claim to have, which is false advertising. They only order it from the manufacturer once you buy it from Atafa. It is shipped to the Atafa warehouse when you order, at which point they wait an additional 3 days before they send it to you. Then after all is said and done, you never get the product nor a refund. I highly recommend throwing your hard earned money into a toilet rather than give it to Atafa.
