Ordered a door mat from them. They showed pictures that made the product look much larger than the actual size that printed out. Pointed it out with an example picture of their ad and what I actually received and they claimed that the product matched the campaign. Yes I should have looked at the sizes better but when they provide very misleading examples I think it's B.S. Will never use again.

Really love love love the deer pictures it looks even better in person. And fast shipping thank you. Very much will buy from again.

So I don't know whether the quality of the poster is good as I'm still waiting for it 3 weeks after it shipped. apparently it sat with DHL ecommerce for something like 15 days not moving. I ordered at the end of November and it "shipped" Dec 1st. Supposedly was tracked as being transferred over to USPS on the 3rd but USPS tracking didn't show receipt until uuntil the 18th. So now it is unlikely to arrive before Christmas which displeases me. Their product may be good but their shipping arrangements are poor. On top of that there is no way to email them directly (just a form with drop down pre selections for a message). So no way of explaining the exact situation. All I get is a form letter response seaying if I don't receive it by the 22nd they will send another. That still doesn't help.

I love the posters I ordered. They are BEAUTIFUL and the words are just perfect. So happy with the purchase and how fast they showed up!

Shipping time was quick. The print quality is ok - the poster is definitely overpriced. It just isn’t a very sharp print quality. I got an 11x17 inch print and there’s absolutely no way to frame it without cutting it. It was both too wide and too tall. Overall, just poor attention to detail and quality. For the time I had to spend measuring and cutting it to fit a frame while not ruining the print, they should pay me to work for them.

Worst customer service EVER.. I made ONE order for $34.94 and they charged me again for 89.85 for an order i did not place.. every update i have for and tracking i have shows ONE ORDER.. NEVER USE YOU AGAIN

Was disappointed in the personalization of my poster😞...when ordering, it stated the personalization was acceptable, so I didn't change it..part of a name is missing, not satisfied since it's a Christmas gift..

I saw their posters on Facebook and assumed they were fairly priced and ordered one. The next day I happen to check Etsy and found the same exact poster (same size, same print quality and paper) advertised by multiple sellers for almost half price including shipping. This company will not answer the phone and speak to you directly. Check Etsy before buying from them...and other places too.

I was VERY skept to order. I did, a poster. I received it QUICK, and it looks EXACTLY as the picture on the website. Will be ordering others!

Shipping speed was top notch, but the 11x17 "poster" is wayyyyy overpriced for what it is. Dimensions are a bit off (you'll need to trim if you wanna throw it in a cheap Michael's frame) and the paper quality is super thin.

I purchased a poster on November 18th. On November 24th it arrived in my mailbox in an undamaged package. It shipped from Lawrence Indiana. It was as I expected. I would purchase from them again..

I ordered 4 T-shirt in April and did not get them until August, when I did receive the items there were two missing...I contacted them and let them know that there were two items missing, they got back in touch with me and sent me the same two items that they had sent before...I raised a complaint and told them that I am still waiting for my other two items...they ignored my request..so we are now in November and I have paid for 4 items and only received two...they are not reliable or trust worthy...
