I have been training with Athlean X now for two years. I started with AX 2 and then completed NXT. If you're looking for any shortcuts, this is not the program for you. Jeff and his team give you real advice with no BS. The workouts are grueling but the gains that I have achieved have been incredible. The thing with Athlean x, the workouts never get easier or boring. Jeff constantly mixes it up, confusing your muscles.

Also, the layout of the nutrition plan is a great guideline on how to stay consistent, yet actually enjoy what you eat! The customer service department is top of the line! They respond to your requests promptly and always give great advice/instruction. Due to pandemic, I've had to swap numerous exercises and the support team has been very supportive in helping me pick the right choices during this time.

I look forward to continuing to train with Athlean X for life!

The Athlean X support team are great people. They are always quick to help whether it is to answer a question or to help with a problem on my portal. I’ve never worked with a more efficient or polite support team on any product I have purchased.

I’ve reached out to the Athlean X support team regarding a few different issues. One regarding a payment issue, a second being a misunderstanding of a purchase I made, and lastly, they helped me receive a bonus program after the promotion expired without me realizing. So far every time I have requested help with any workout the answers have been quick and useful. The support provided by Michael and Judith has been great from my perspective.

JEFF is the best personal trainer ever on portal!!! I am 53 and on ax1!! I think I am in the best shape of my life than when I was in my 20s!!

I have bought almost every fitness product out there, except P90 X because I got Athlean X instead. This may sound made up but I assure you it is not. After 2 days I started noticing a difference. Other friends started saying Vinod what have you been doing, "You look great!" I didn't finish Athlean X because I was not fit enough so I bought Athlean Xero. I also was not yet fit enough for this. A little bit later I logged in because I was like I will just modify this and I noticed I had recently gained access to 2 more programs that were supplemental to Xero for free. Only at Team Athlean does stuff like this happen!

2 Degrees Below Zero is absolutely perfect for me. I am 40 and 50lbs overweight and out of shape. I never played sports but was the fastest in my school naturally up until 8th grade! Team Athlean really does have products that develop athleticism!

Their customer service is super amazing as well and continues to evolve and reach the Next Level. I asked some basic questions customized for my body and I get immediate responses. This is so amazing for a fitness company. As I mentioned earlier, I have bought tons and tons of fitness products and most of them do not care about you at all but just getting the money. Look no further! Stop what you are doing and turn off the TV and get off the couch. BUY ALL OF HIS PROGRAMS! They are the real deal.

Team Athlean is constantly creating new cutting edge workouts. I really appreciate Jeff and his team. Their meal plans are so awesome. I was on a budget and asked how to follow the meal plan and got immediate advice. They are now a part of my family!!!!

I guess due to jealousy, a lot of haters out there are starting to attack Athlean X These haters are full of s**t!

2 Degrees Below Zero takes me from where I am at and is working with me! It is a Bodyweight Program. Not one other piece of equipment is required.
If I can do this anyone really out of shape can do this. I intend to buy and do ALL OF JEFF's PRODUCTS!

He has made it so easy to cook and eat super tasty foods. The meal plan is not boring like most meal plans and you don't have to count Macros or Calories or weigh your food out. That's also what I love about Team Athlean. I love to eat real tasty food. I am learning cooking now and the recipes are super simple and very tasty. God bless Jeff and his family and Team Athlean!

I've been an AthleanX subscriber for years. I enjoy the way that Jeff delivers the content and instruction, and is product line in fantastic.
I recently had an concern with a order so I emailed the support team. I was expecting a response within a few days, but within a few hours I heard back. I was impressed with how fast they got back to me.
When I expressed my concern, the staff was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. They acted very professional and lived up to the standard that I believe Jeff expects for his company and product. To put it simply AthleanX has changed my life for the better. In the last year I have lost over 40lbs of weight and gained around 8lbs of muscle.

Prior to starting my journey with Team Athlean I tore two ligaments in my left shoulder. Athlean X played a key role in the rehabilitation of my shoulder and gradual improvement of my strength. The information provided is science based and the workouts are fun yet structured in a way to maximize your gains. The underlying focus of the programs are functional athleticism which allows the user to transfer progress made in the gym to their day to day life. There are also lots of useful tools to help track your progress, meal plans, regular challenges and leaderboards.

Of course it's not a simple case of buying the program and seeing results. Don't get me wrong, you have to want it. You have to be willing to work for it. After all... 'If you want to look like an athlete you got to train like an athlete'

I am a 54 year old Male who has lifted weights consistently for 40 years. I am strong in the gym but started to have back issues.
I was told my many health care practitioners that I was too stiff and too heavy for my height. 263lbs 5"10". I am very familiar with Jeff Cavaliere and decided to try xero. I was shocked to discover that I could not complete many of the movements. Embarrassed I mustered up the courage to write in to workout support. I WAS STUNNED when they replied by designing 2 preparations programs for me to build with. UNBELIEVABLE as most programs take your money and then disown you. My workouts friends did not believe me so I had to show them this incredible hands on service. I have absolute strength but lack functional strength, mobility, agility, flexibility and endurance. My workouts have been too narrowly focused but with xero I can fill in the holes in my regiment. Thank you Athlean X for meeting me where I am and for giving me the tools to actually reinvent myself. I am a customer for life. I will continue the gym but your programs will be prioritized and mixed in. Keep it up. THANK YOU!!!!!

After taking a VERY LONG (over 7 years) pause from resistance training, AX-1 was just the program I needed to get back into the game. I loved the program's progressive nature, format, and minimal time requirement. My results and purchase of 3 more programs is a testament to my appreciation for the company behind such amazing programs.

I've done the AX1 and max shred. Both programs are phenomenal!! The way they're laid out just like jeff says....step by step. Very easy to use, follow, and track your progress. I've recommended programs and videos to others. And they're starting to come on board. Even got my 66 year old dad back into exercising and have had many ask me what I was using. I'll continue to spread the message of athleanx!!!!

This is a review of the company and the supplements rather than the workout programs, I’ve ordered Athlean X supplements on several occasions now and the delivery and customer service is outstanding, it’s not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Used to be a big fan of Kaged Muscle supplements but these are on another level.

I needed a program to substitute my gym membership as the Covid 19 restrictions prevented its use. I have watched videos on YouTube by John of Athleanx over the years , so as I always found them of use I bought the Athleanx Zero program and I am currently in my second repetition of the whole 6 week program. I have trained my whole adult life and I must say the Zero program was terrific and I am very satisfied with the results and real body weight training strength gains. Highly recommended.

I had made a purchase but was not able to access the program. I emailed AthleanX and was worried that they would take days, if not weeks to reply. I was surprised to hear from Judith the next day! She was nice and would respond quickly, I had my issue resolved that same day. Awesome costumer service in a timely manner as well!

I needed a replacement part for my Athlean Blox. I contacted Athlean X for help. They took care of the replacement extremely fast and easy. That was by far the best customer service I've ever received. Blew me away the way it was handled. I love your company. Simply outstanding.
