Altantis Water Treatment Ltd, Good or Bad??
Today I am a very happy man. I get a wonderful experience in my life. I just Installed a Water Softener from "Altantis Water Treatment Ltd". The system was installed by a very nice gentleman "Steve". He is not only so lovely, but polite, skilful and helpful. I am really impressed by his professionalism. The job was done with perfection. We are 200% satisfied with him and his good company. Arrived on time, professional and friendly engineer who explained the entire process for me. He also suggested ways to better use the softener and avoid expensive maintenance.

After 18 years of trouble free operation our water softener gave up the ghost
Very happy that Ben was sent out with a replacement which he professionally and efficiently installed

Good service very happy
Old water softener was due for its service, found a number of issues and reviewed options to repair was more than a new refurbished unit.
Our last unit was a refurbished item and lasted about 18 years.
Very happy with the service and the friendly engineer
