Cheaper, but poor service.
Had the best offer on tyres for my partners car, fitted them no issue. Couple off weeks later I drove it on the motorway, felt a wobble from the wheel. It was due a service so I got it checked out when it was in. ATS didn't bother to balance the wheels after fitting the new tyres. So it's ended up costing more than if I had gone to a better tyre place. Lesson learnt.

Not great experience
Not great experience. Won't use them again.
No one in the branch ever picks up the phone, the central team does not have much info re situation in the brach e.g. if the technician is avaible on a particular day etc.
I booked a MOT test month in advance, got cancelled at the last min due to software meltdown, came down to the wire when my MOT was about to expire (I could only do weekends)
My car then failed MOT, a re-test not available for a week! what would I do in the meantime, I need my car.
Branch folks not very friendly, folks on the phone (central team) are good and helpful though.

Money makers, failed mot the first time which I completely understand, repaired the major defects, came back and failed again for same issue.
