Booked my car in advance for the exhaust
Booked my car in advance for the exhaust to be looked at. Turned up first thing to drop the key off as I had to be in work and was met with hostility by a guy with a tattoo on his hand. Anyway I got a phone call just after mid day to say ‘sorry there is nothing we can do’. To be honest it looked and sounded like they couldn’t bothered! No apology or nothing when I picked up my keys, just attitude. As I need my car for work I immediately rang around some other local garages whom were very helpful and happy of the business even though very busy this time of year. They took it on straight away no problem. Whatever you do don’t go to this joke of a garage in Denbigh. If I could give it a 0/10 I would.
