ATS Euromaster - Derby Retail Avis 

Tom the MOT tester is always great shows a lot of experience, always had pleasant interactions with the team, site manager Gary is a true leader of a good team. Have been using them for over a decade they are true ambassadors for ATS.

I know these guys, never had an issue with the service in Derby. It’s an injustice to know that very soon they will not be able offer great service to Derby or anyone anywhere as ATS Euromaster will cease to exist. Shame on the people in France who have decided that the UK doesn’t deserve to have quality service or quality people working for them 😭😭😭

Customer service very good (Andrew) They did all the checks I wanted doing and gave me advice on tyres. Same day booked my not.

The team at this ATS always give excellent customer service. On this occasion they explained everything that needed doing and the timescales that they could do it in. The job was done on time and they kept me informed of what they found and what they were doing.

I was booked in for a possible tyre repair 3 days hence, but called in to update the company with the latest findings - bolt in centre of tyre - there was a booking that hadn't been fulfilled ( no show of customer), so the company were able to repair my tyre immediately - result!

"Just decent people" — I always use this branch. One thing I noticed yesterday (01.12.25) when I went to pick up my car was the courtesy of the staff behind the counter. There was an elderly man who obviously fancied a chat, probably quite lonely. There were other people waiting, myself included, but the staff were really patient and attentive with him. He sat down a happy chap, clearly pleased with the service he'd received.

The only thing I would add is this: years ago, one winter, I asked why the shutters in the workshop were always open. It was freezing outside, and I felt sorry for the staff working in those conditions. With the doors down, it would have been much easier for them to work. A member of staff told me they had to keep the doors open because, if they were closed, people might think the business was shut.
Note for the board: close the doors, keep people warm, and put up some large signs during the day that say ‘OPEN’."

Ant was exceptional, he ran into an issue with my locking wheel nuts (I had misplaced the socket adapter) which took me a few hours to get sorted. He very kindly stayed after he should've finished work to get my MOT and service completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage. I did have an issue when I first booked the car in online as there was no MOT tester available despite booking an MOT, but luckily they had capacity the following weekend and it all worked out well.

Very good service to replace break pads and discs and price was much cheaper than major garage.Convenient for where I live and also the over 60s card means a discount.
