When I asked for a printed receipt for…
When I asked for a printed receipt for the work done on my car instead of having one sent by email, I was told in a very curt manner that they wouldn't do that as they are cutting down on paperwork.
I was then told, not asked, to sign something without reading it or being told what it was. I took time to read it, much to their annoyance, and found it was the report on the work.
As a customer experience it was not very good and one I will not be repeating as there are many other companies providing the same services at comparable prices.

Good service
Easy to book an appointment for a slow puncture repair within 48 hours. The technician who did the job was very polite and efficient, took about 25 minutes, and the cost seemed very fair.
