Good job, pleasant staff, fair price. Every time.
Been to ATS a few times now. Always a good job, pleasant staff and a fair price. Had the unusual joy of a DVSA random MOT inspection after ATS had passed the car - all good so ATS obviously do a proper job.

Service went over and above
Service went over and above. Had a punctured tyre changed at the agreed time and for the agreed price and the spare wheel was put back in the boot wrapped in plastic to protect the car

AC Recharge - 2 HRS and a flat batter later
Took my car for an aircon recharge to be told I had purchased the wrong voucher and had to pay an uplift of £85 to have the work completed. Said it would be done in an hour, 2 hours later and they had allowed my car battery to go dead and had to jumpstart the car, they then left the car running for approx 20 minutes whilst they messed around with payment/receipts etc

They fitted me in.
They said couldn't fit me in. I told them I need my car so they said leave it and if they get time between jobs they will do it. They called me after only few hours it was done.
