Dreadful negative attitude
Dreadful negative attitude. Cannot undertake work because they are "stacked out". No vehicles in the workshop and fitter lounging around in the waiting area playing with his phone.

Booked tyre fitting
Booked tyre fitting, arrived on time and told tyres hadn't arrived but would. Returned to be told van had problems so not available. Would call next day when arrived and would fit me in as they had messed me around. Next day called at 3.30 and told they were too busy to fit me in. Rebooked for another day now been sitting here an hour and car still not been looked at. If time isn't important this might be the place for you.

Air con regas
Equipment needed to carry out the aircon regas was not ready/ serviceable for the required time, one hour task took over 2 hrs. I was however kept informed.
Generally did not find staff very engaging

If I could leave no stars I would
If I could leave no stars I would , as an essential nhs key worker I joined the heroes club. Booked my MOT in online. And paid in good faith , 1hr before MOT test due , was told it was cancelled. No apology , no explanation nothing , explained my MOT runs out the following day and told Try cambridge , so at 2.30 I'm supposed to get a same day appointment in cambridge , hahaha , terrible customer service , awaiting a full refund , dreadful exeperiance , do not bother if you need reliability

Mobile fitters don't turn up when booked
Booked and paid for a mobile tyre fitting for a morning slot. Slot comes and goes, no comms from the fitter or company.
After speaking to 3 different parts of ATS, told that fitter might turn up very late afternoon. No apology, no effort to resolve. Totally useless.
Avoid.

Excellent friendly service
My car was in need of 4 new Michelin tyres last week and ATS had an attractive offer. The staff were very helpful and, as my wife's car was also due a new set, we booked her car in for today. Excellent friendly service at reception and the guys in the garage have done a wonderful job on both cars.
