One of my tires has a pressure sensor fault
ATS were unable to replace it because their machine has been broken for some time
The attitude of a member of staff was blarzia because they had just found out they were all being made redundant
They advised me to take my car elsewhere for repair as any warranty would not be upheld

Booked the appointment via the phone. Both on the phone and in the premises the ATS staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about my requirements. The Pensby Road branch on the Wirral was efficiently run. However, the waiting area was freezing!! Difficult to keep the room warm when the doors are constantly opening, but please try harder....

Excellent experience today. Very helpful.
My car was booked for MOT at 08.30.
I did my usual pre MOT inspections days before the appointment but unfortunately on the day of the MOT a headlight bulb had failed.
ATS did the MOT and were able to order in the correct bulb and fit it there and then saving me alot of hassle.

Great all round experience, thank you
Easy to book in. Didn’t have to wait long for an apt. Flexible drop off times. The garage kept in touch throughout the day and were able to fix the issue the same day.
