Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, really patient with me as my son was struggling so I couldnt take information in and needed to call a few times for advice and each time they were really helpful and supportive. They didn't make me feel silly and just helped me.
They gave me advice on how to get cheaper parts and again explained what I needed to look for etc. Honestly really value this garage, I have been coming here for 6 years and will continue you to do so

Great Service….ATS SHOULD reward them with a refurb. I think they deserve it!
Nice and quick. Friendly and efficient.
The place could DEFINITELY do with a lick of paint and some ATS love but the blokes I dealt with were great. I went twice in one week (different things!) so they must be ok.
The price for two Michelin Sport 5 tyres was around forty quid cheaper than I paid two years ago so I can’t complain.
The digital health check was a nice touch too.

OSR Tyre Problem
I would have given 5 stars except I had previously visited the garage a few days before and was requested to book our vehicle in.We had a deflating tyre issue which was particularly noticeable when standing.The service we received on 5/8/25 was excellent though and it was appreciated to have a free vehicle inspection on all 4 tyres.

Left my car at 8:30 am- as ( pre-booked…
Left my car at 8:30 am- as ( pre-booked advance) for full service - i asked how long will it take? And I joked and said 4hrs. Been told a lot sooner. Naaa… 17:05 phone called - car ready… managed to get before closing down 17:30. And suprised - they couldn’t change cabin filter becouse they didn’t want damage my car as it was what they say -very complicated. They left oil mark inside my car …, they havent put online service been done in my car, what a waste time…

Needed an aircon regass. They were able to do the job immediately and it only took 1 hour. Excellent job.
