Visited the Sutton in Ashfield branch for the first time today for an MOT, the garage and customer waiting area and workshop were immaculate and warm. Greeting and service was first class. The knowledge and interest in all things cars showed through. I’m newish to area but would recommend to f&f’s many thanks to you both.

Great Customer Service from Josh and Conor at ATS Sutton-in-Ashfield- great value service, better and more reasonably priced than Main Dealer.
They noticed a screw in my rear tyre which could've let me down so decided to have both rear tyres replaced due to their value pricing.
Go to place now for all my cars needs.
Digital Inspection sheet sent via email detailing all the work carried out and work needed - Excellent.
I'm in Club 60 and got treated really well by Josh the manager and his technician who carried out the service.

Friendly helpful staff and comfortable clean waiting area. Went in for Aircon Regas and ATS provided a free vehicle health check to my email address. Appoint time honored and it took just over an hour for the procedure and I was pleased with the experience and results. Good value

booked van in to have a new tyre drove all the way on a flat to get told by some greasy bugger that they didnt bother ordering it

Purchased and booked winter tyres to be fitted through the Sutton site, my booking got delayed due to the tyres not arriving for another week which was fine. I arrived on my booking date and time and the tyres where not at the site and I was told they had never been ordered. After calling around 25 times in 2 days I finally got through and asked for a refund as there was no confirmed date of my tyres arriving.

Its been 2 weeks and the Refund still isnt in our accoun.

We recently encountered a frustrating issue with our tyre purchase. After completing an online payment and scheduling a fitting appointment at the Sutton branch for the 14th of December, we were dismayed to discover upon our arrival that the tyres hadn't even been ordered. Despite assurances that we would be contacted once the tyres were available, no such communication was received, and our repeated attempts to reach out via phone were met with no response. As a result of these challenges, we were compelled to initiate a claim through our credit card company on the 4th of January to seek a refund for this unsatisfactory service.
