Damaged an alloy by chipping an edge near the wheel nuts. They Used a metal socket rather than the plastic one the fitter had handy for the job

Seperately used an offer on quidco which I hear the retailer has also declined to pay out on

Nice tyres but the damaged wheel is disappointing due to lack of common sense

Unfortunately have to deal with ATS because I drive a company vehicle.I could write about a dozen bad times with ATS over 10 years but here's the latest.Went to Taunton ATS Monday morning first thing back offside tyre slow puncture.Booked up until Thursday "Can't fit you in!" Rang ATS emergency mobile (they come to you) That said yes we will be with you within 90 minutes.20 minutes later rang me and said can't attend until first thing day after! Utter sh*te service consistently.A days work missed because of ATS incompetence!

Great, prompt service especially from the gentleman on reception

Amazing service, completed tyre check, Heath check and repair within 45mins, polite staff, friendly, clean environment to wait.

Very helpful and polite staff and competitive pricing.
Only problem was the tires didn’t arrive when originally ordered so had to change the day for the job to be done

Selected the Taunton branch to fit tyres I'd purchased through Blackcircles.com, The ATS technician (?) damaged several wheel nuts and lost a cover off one, tried to generate work by informing me I needed my "rear discs and pads replacing as they were down to metal", I checked and there is still over 7mm of brake material left on each pad and the discs are still 2mm over the minimum thickness limit and not warped, they fitted the tyres to the rims OK, but when I went to check the torque on the wheel nuts the next day I found that 12 of the 20 were able to be undone by just holding the socket in my hand (NO HANDLE NEEDED!!!!) luckily I'd only driven 2 miles from their garage to mine, Yes, I am a Vehicle Technician, and No, I did not tell them this.

In essence, they left my vehicle unsafe and lied to me about unnecessary repairs.

Staff were professional and quick.
They checked more things on my car like as I paid it.
I will take my car again to them.

I arrived at the garage around 10:30am, was happily greeted by a young man who swiftly took my vehicle in to the bay to start immediately. I was asked a couple questions about the reason i wanted an aircon re-charge and then it was started. It took a while but that was the machine rather the garage so i wasn't bothered. He regulary checked things and kept me informed which helped. Communication is key when waiting, so thanks.

I would like to say a big Thanks, to Ross, Mitch and all the staff at ATS of Monkton Heathfield for their great Customer service, 29th Feb 2024, because I
booked my car in to have a slow puncture repaired, a few days in advance.

Then I phoned later same day, to ask if I could change the time of appointment. they agreed without hesitation.

Then on day of puncture repair, they were aware that I had to go to another appointment, and they got the work done, 15 mins quicker than originally expected.

That was really helpful.

Used ATS in Taunton a few times recently. Excellent service, very helpful and friendly and very fair prices. Go the extra mile to sort problems. Literally actually as they had to send a guy to Nissan in Wellington late in the day last time to pick up a couple of specific bolts in order to get our car sorted same day. AND they always ring to say as soon as car is fixed - many garages are a bit slack at this. Highly recommend and will use again.

UNPROFESSIONAL . Took my car to oil and filter changed last Thursday 21/12/23 at Ats Taunton, noticed that my car was leaking oil yesterday but it did not occur to me to look under the bonnet, leaking increased today opened the bonnet and to my surprise the “great professional” of ATS did not close the oil reservoir, while I was driving my car the oil was leaking everywhere under the bonnet, I will have to cancel my Christmas plans because of that and now have to take my car to be checked by someone who actually knows what they are doing. THANK YOU ATS FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE. Unbelievable
