Excellent service
Being the owner of a business, I expect my staff to go above and beyond for our clients.
Yesterday I noticed that I had a puncture in my tyre which was unfortunate as I needed to be in London urgently.
I visited three garages, two kwikfit and one ATS in Shrewsbury and nobody even remotely looked as though they wanted to help me.
I made a call to ATS Telford where I had earlier received excellent service and the experience was the complete opposite.
They did not have my tyre in stock but repaired the current one so that I could make my journey to London and rebooked me to get the new one fitted.
This is how you should be dealt with and the staff there deserve kudos for the service they provide and actually wanting to do their job and helping customers.

Arrived for a pre- booked (and paid) appointment to be told they couldn't do the tracking because the ramp was busy. Customer Service just said fill in a complaint form...
Hopeless on both levels.

They were able to do the repair and provide tyres the next day after request which was good. All staff helpful and pleasant.

Great and knowledgeable
Great and knowledgeable. Both were very nice and helpful, also showed my wheels were buckled slightly due to potholes and explained it's common on 20inch wheels.
