Very quick service, knew what I was in for when I arrived. Quickly took the car in and resolved the issue with my air con quickly and efficiently. I had to work from the reception area, so a plug socket for powering my laptop would be helpful in the future.

Booked appointment for exhaust system on my WAV to be investigated following a broken bracket. Andy and his team were fantastic and despite the bespoke nature of the exhaust system managed to repair. Also, only charged a nominal sum too.
Other local garages/exhaust chains had been either unhelpful or insistent entire exhaust system would need replacing before they had even seen it!
Great experience from a local firm which will certainly obtain my future business, Well done!

I went into the worthing branch of ATS and had my front wheels tracked the guy showed on the screen that the front one wheel needed adjusting always a pleasant experience at ATS worthing plus the guy was a nice person helpful would go back again and again now the car feels even better thanks.

Booked online. Turned up, explained how long it would take to regas my Aircon. Took about an hour and job done.

Booked an oil change with ATS 19/12 - they called me and said the website was wrong, there shouldn’t have been space on Saturday as they’re short staffed. Agreed to give me a £107 refund. Come Friday 23/12 morning still no refund - I called ATS customer service as nobody answers the phone at ATS Worthing. They said they’ll request a refund from ATS Worthing - still no refund by the end of the day. A really horrible experience. I just want my money back but expect I’ll be making more calls before I get my money back…

So - the ATS branch that was supposed to issue my refund hasn’t. I called up customer service who said they’d instruct them - still no refund. Now I’m advised to contact customer service who give a 7 day turn around for responses. This is horrendous - why do I have to chase about to get my money back?

I’ve been told my ATS customer service on the phone & via email that the ATS in Worthing have been instructed to give me my refund. Still no refund days later - this is insane, it’s almost 2 weeks since I booked & was refused the online appointment when they took my money. If I was to treat my customers like this I’d be out of a job. ATS - shocking!!!

Over two weeks on and still no refund. Worthing ATS don't answer the phone and customer service at ATS have no teeth. Nobody cares. This was now 15 days ago

It took me 3 more emails and I turned up at ATS before I got my refund. Three weeks to the day of badgering… bloody awful… I constantly asked via email if someone could call me to tell me why they wouldn’t give me my money back. No call back - I’d rather nail my ****s to a plank of wood than give ATS my business.
